already call citibank and they asked me to request umobile to allow sms from 2 0f their number, but umobile cs replied only certain banks can....  anybody having this issue ?

What's the point of having better speed but lousier coverage? lol

ported to umobile u28 from hotlink on 8/4/12

went to times square to do mnp, it tooks only 3hour to complete the process. didnt manage to transfer credit to my old hotlink sim

so far so good.. 3g is even faster than maxisBB @ serdang area. 2g speed also not bad.

just that when my phone auto-switched to 2g, sometimes it stuck at 2g even when i already in 3g-covered area.

questions:

1. data usage will reset on every 1st day of month or depends on billing date? a bit confused coz today the bill statement appears in my umobile online self-care account but the statement date shown is 1/5/12.

2. for bill payment via m2u, which 1 is the account no? BA000685xxxx or 1.1681xxxx?

any idea how much is the deposit for Postpaid plan ? If i go for postpaid, I can activate the intl roaming right ?

im using umobile prepaid. but sometimes i see my phone will go to roaming eventhough i had set my phone roaming settings to off.

i read somewhere that this is because umobile connectivity drop and it switches to celcom roaming. anyone can confirm? btw, im using umobile2g at that time. now i change the operator to umobile3g. so far no roaming sign yet

guys..why these days the connection seems very slow?
before this very fast..stream you tube also no problem..this month very slow..

Q4. There is no chargeable activation fee for registering U28, U58 and U88 plans?
Answer: There is a monthly commitment fee of RM28 (for U28), RM58 (for U58) and RM88 (for U88) per month which will be charged to offset usage charges for voice call, video call, SMS and MMS.

Apart from the free 1GB data + 300 sms, can I say that I'll get another free 140 minutes voice call as well, since monthly commitment fee RM28 will offset the charges on this 140 minutes voice call?
