Is uMobile 3G down?
I can't get a 3G signal and the whole connection will go to No Service. I only get a line if I turn off 3g

Applied for twice to port-in Umobile. Still not yet success!!!

failure reason ?

is it me or umobile's signal is getting weaker?

I used to full 4 - 5 bars in 2g but now I can only get 1 - 3 bars

Cannot get the CS answer my call. So no answer yet.

i have dificulites reload yesterday, anyone feel the same?
and i didnt receive any send 3 more sms get twenty more sms for free now? umobile cancel already?

dude.,.... 2g is maxis problem not umobile

I know. but still, I can't say that I'll complain to maxis because I'm using umobile's service(although internally umobile is using maxis's services) right?

erm, like this... actually u are ROAM to maxis....
of coz u can complain thru maxis if not mistaken
as we can check all ur number information in maxis network if u log to maxis 2g network
and maxis CS is way better than umobile rite?

not sure. I've never contacted umobile's cs before and I've spent almost 30 minutes talking(mostly waiting) to the maxis's cs just to terminate my broadband last time

Hi all. I am currently using Digi smart plan. I plan to port my number to umobile using U28. It's cheap with reasonable data qty. I had no issues with bad 3g coverage.

But when reading to this thread, seems like umobile service not very good. Need advise, should I change to umobile? Thanks.

CS sucks, period. But calling them 7 am plus so far works for me. Internal system not organized at all, cs got no direct access to fix your problems, must raise issue to backend team.

Regardless it's so much cheaper than maxis and celcom and better coverage than digi. For me is a worthwhile tradeoff.

May I know my data signal bar always show H or H+

H and H+ are 3G. Nothing is wrong.

Does u mobile have micro sim prepaid?

Nope. They will cut for you. If your SIM card is the old 1 with the big chip, they will replace to the smaller type and then cut it into micro SIM for you for free.


Better if you go to the center to cut. Anything wrong they can replace for you for free.
