QUOTE(blackmachine @ Jan 12 2009, 10:47 AM) ic, cant take out the black mark, like to ask another thing, is thermal wrap for standard waja 4g18 ok? its said to avoid heat from the exaust/extractor to the engine bay. will it give any side effect or any comment? thanks It maybe good to insulate the heat from entering the engine bay but remember, the heat is trapped in the extractor and probably cause it to crack. Better do CAI to ensure the engine get cools air.

Better do CAI to ensure the engine get cools air. the main pupose to wrapped the extractor or piping is to maintained the heat so that the exhaust gas maintaining the temperature and light for easy evacuation. While maintaining the temp, the piping will be crack easily as what you've said earlier. But ofcourse it serve to reduce engine bay heat.

Better do CAI to ensure the engine get cools air. ic, in that case, i think its better to mod your hood to make it higher at one end, so that the heat (waja create lots of heat) to exit better from engine bay. is it ok? i dont know why i'm so concern about heat, expecially to my car and my computer, since i had problem previously with over heating cars (the radioator hose explode) and burn pc (literally burn pc, lol) This post has been edited by blackmachine: Jan 12 2009, 12:32 PM

If I'm not mistaken, the driver side headlamp are purposedly set lower to avoid glaring of the opposite side car driver. The AT fluid will run under the radiator for cooling then retun back to GB.
