How often is a credit report updated?

Any updates to a borrower's credit history can only be made by the reporting financial institutions themselves and will be reflected in CCRIS on the 10th of the subsequent month, subject to public holidays.

Provide the financial institutions had told them before the cut off date of reporting

Can , i ask before they say house must be in lelong mode only can akpk the loan

Apply those bank not under akpk one and make sure ur ccriss no more those loan under akpk

i already called and email ctos. This issue still in progress they need sometime to check with BNM.
But already 1 week already.Hope this issue resolve as soon as possible.because i need debt consolidation.
Actually if we want take a loan it review ccris or ctos report?

2023 Budget on Bankruptcy

From March 1 onwards, bankruptcy cases with amount less than RM50,000 will be forgiven. (Need to Apply to Insolvency Department)

TELCO not link to CTOS. For the outstanding bank, did you get the final release letter? Other than that, after you cleared all your debts in AKPK, you will get another final RELEASE LETTER from AKPK mentioned you have totally release from AKPK.
But that's for my year which is 4 to 5 years back. Hope can help you...

My father has been paying off his AKPK DMP installment for the past 2 years and last month he was hit with a stroke and is left bedridden until now. I'm thinking of helping him to settle off his AKPK since I think the total debt outstanding now is probably less than 15k left if we dont take into consideration the interest. Anyway can I contact the bank to nego for a lumpsum settlement ? I'm worried that since I'm not the actual accountholder the Bank will refuse to layan me, but it's impossible for my father to go anywhere now as he no longer has the mental / physical capacity to do so.
