yes.....it is correct.
i still can make repayment on time because of BT facilities....A to B, B to C, C to A etc....endless cycle
i think i may go to AKPK office first.

u are right, AKPK can't assist me for this situation. I already decide my next step.

yes.....with the person fulfill the repayment KPI which set by DGI.

after negotiation with banks.....

finally I entered to the MDI office......

1. get the form, fill up and submit all relevant documents 3 copies)。
2. make payment by debit card or online banking (RM1.5K)
3. get the signed and verified copy by MDI.
4. Go to high court and make filling, paid RM20.
5. receive email of notification of court hearing date.

Yes, already went through the legal process in front of Penolong Kanan Pendaftar at court with the witness of MDI officer......
now waiting MDI to call the meeting for payment arrangement.
