actually not really a good thing. at first it was ok to be in akpk. then after 2 years i kinda stress and depress, i dont have any asset except for depreciating one. and all the excess salary, either pay for debt, or habis just like that coz i feel like fark it..
if i put my mind into paying, probably within another 2.5 years i can settle them all. but then. adoi. i dont want to be in this condifion anymore.
i cant do other things, all i could do now is just savings and pay akpk.

im taking my chances here, using ahlong, converting my almost 100k debt into a property. at least im paying for a property. if this process fails, then i have 100k debt in ahlong pulak and i probably have to run all my life..

just a reminder,...if you are doing that,...remember to unload the property first before you run; off load to people you don't know of or people you have no love/caring for or unrelated to you...

already gone for it lah bro.wish me luck huhu.. need another 1.5 months to settle this process including the property. once settled, then i would be paying only to the banks. if cannot settled, then i have to find bank to loan for at least 70-80k.
at least the banks interest for private worker like me still below the 8% under akpk. in the future, i still can try to get a property..

actually no la, not really ah long, just a funder. but i called it ah long coz the terms in the agreements.. huhu..
3.5 years liao. 6.5 years to go.

i got some friends also taking akpk, they keep saying pay debt using akpk is better since no high interest charges like banks, before akpk need pay 1000, but with akpk only pay 300 every month.
coz my friend said bank's interest charges will stop once akpk involved.
i also saw many posts here mentioned, majority the loan period is 5 to 10 years. quite long.

i wonder is bank no interest charges once akpk involved, caused the amount of monthly payment lesser. OR due to the payback period drag to 5,7 or 10 years long, that's why the monthly payment become less.

Thanks!

actually you can think of akpk is like your debt consolidation. the bank still still need to make money. my akpk interest was 8% pa and 10 years plan. cc deb of course higher. but one of my pl is lower than this.
but my mistakes was, i did debt consolidation, balance transfer etc which also rakes up some interest along the way. ppl say gali lubang tutup lubang. in the end, my balance masuk akpk is like, 1/3 just interest. if i knew earlier on, i would just wont do those kind of things, but terus masuk akpk.

with akpk, you pay lesser, at the same time you can build your cashflow back. you can pay partially, like snowballs method too, then quit akpk once you able to maintain the debts on your own directly to the banks.

wah, if like that try nego with the bank. if masuk akpk terus pobably it will take the balance like my case before. email the bank, ask for discount, coz u want to close the account. or ask for discount and convert to term loan.
but i guess you can try ask akpk consultant regarding this.

If there anyway to stop the interest charge 1st so that the amount wont keep on increase? its sound crazy owe 10k, then become 25k.

once you apply for dmp, they will directly take from banks. so its always your latest balance.

i dont think theres a way, either you pay in full everymonth, or pay minimum amount( which usually your interest will be normal).. even if you convert the balance to term loan, they will still charge interest.
some of the bank, like citibank and hlb, converting my cc to customer term loan ( but under akpk)

thanks bro.

hmm.

i thought whenever you under akpk, your cc will be cancelled. my mbb, aeon, and another one bank they zerorized my account. for other banks, my the cc was converted to PL or term loan. so no more cc.
