 AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

Hi, I'm looking to reduce my monthly commitment on paying CC debt and increase my savings for future. I looked into BT and Auto Balance Conversion programme but it is very unclear to me as the financial terms explained is beyond my financial understanding. I'd appreciate any advice given.

So I have two credit card:
MBB: 5k outstanding
PBB: 4k outstanding

1. If I make use of MBB balance transfer, how much can I transfer from my PBB credit card?
2. How does the monthly repayment works? Will I be paying lower month repayment than paying the cc separately?
3. Can I use BT to transfer all my PBB debt into MBB and apply for auto balance conversion offered by MBB?

herethe deal. i got in my akpk three outstanding.

2 CC (from two banks), 1 PL.

Now got some moolah to settle 1 of the CC, which is Maybank. How do I go about settling this?

the idea is to get the bank to issue 1 final amount to pay, and to get akpk to stop making payment to this bank because i want to settle it direct with the bank.

anuone care enough to share info?

Scenario is like this
1. My uncle is akpk but still serving akpk loan

2. Can he transfer his house (fully settle) theough MOT to his children? Insolvency will trace & pull back?

3. He planning to do MOT transfer his fully settled property to his children and go bankruptcy

Pls give me some advice as it is really urgent. Thanks again

googled and found this....
..... if you transfer an apartment unit to your relative in the face of impending bankruptcy, the DGI can make it void, and subsequently seize and liquidate that piece of property through an auction.
If you sell the property, however, at fair market value, it may not be seized, as it could be viewed ‘in good faith’, meaning that you did not sell the property to with intentions to protect it from the bankruptcy.

Sure he can do it but he will need to wait a few years before he can declare bankruptcy else the transfer will be voided since the court will know your uncle purposely transfer the property to avoid getting liquidated.

Lawyer advice
1. Through S&P bank loan sell the house to his childres. As bank hold the title it is safer. Use 10 years to pay back the loan repayment

2. 2nd propert will sell it to his cousin and his cousin will power attorney to his children

I am not sure if the lawyer has given the best way to do so

ASAP as long as the new loan dont apply with the same bank that entered AKPK before and of cox check ur CCRISS first wait for all AKPK account to be removed.

Do not transfer they can trace the property and Make him pay For the Judgment sum

Sell to Third party would be safer. From there He got money to pay to dgi. If He try to avoid the dgi can have the Means to detect on the rpgt being Paid by him

Guys, would like to ask if anyone knows if we can choose which CC/PL that we want to include in the DMP program? Or AKPK will automatically include all CC + PL? example, I have 3 CC and 1 PL, I just want to include 3 CC and not include the 1 PL.

Do you mind letting us know how much % discount? and how many months have you been paying akpk before you ask for the discount?

He not yet bankruptcy, planning to go for it in another year, if he is still fail to sell his property to cover up the bank loan.

just remember to get it valued by a qualified property valuer,....keep a copy of that report.....

What is your Maybank loan amount?
What is your monthly repayment amount?

Cannot say suka suka like that.

AKPK set the amount as per your ability to meet the monthly repayment so that you will have a piece of mind without the debtor bank keep calling you or harass you at home and work.

Eversince you on AKPK scheme.....you can live your life normally without those harrassment...right?

Now let us ex-AKPK or soon to be - AKPK trying to help you on the calculation..

So..do tell us your latest Maybank debts and your regular monthly payment for Maybank...

I definitely can help you on this calculation.

No such thing as good discount lo.
Unless your debt is PL or penalties on CC before Maybank agreed to that amount before under AKPK.

PL usually calculate interest upfront....and maybe that why seem good discount.
While CC interest is calculate 1.5% monthly.....which I think discount might be little....unless they charge late penalty..misc charges which added up to huge amount.

Let say I want to pay directly to the bank for my CC, can I still do so from Cash Deposit Machine? Or can only pay thru AKPK?
