Hi,

Last Friday I received call from AKPK about their offer to help me manage my financial standing.
At first I wondered how they know my financial standing. Perhaps from BNM.

I have debt due to additional marriage cost (taken personal loan) and life after marriage (credit card). Quite struggling cos of staying in KL, paying alone all expenses including monthly pocket money to wife, study loan, car loan (taken few years before married), health insurances and other expenditure. All of that make me in debt zone.

I have like 3 credit cards at personal loan with total debt around 30k.

At monthly im struggling to pay any of them due to reason above.

Should I accept AKPK? One of most thing i concern about after future house loan that I want to take after my AKPK program ended.
I heard there will be blacklist but only during AKPK period. Will it be difficult to get loan after settle with AKPK?

THanks in advance.

They are akpk external agent
As long as u still manage to pay every month then don't go for akpk

I have a debt of 42k cc from aeon. My cc actually only have 5k limit. Long story short, the card went overlimit due to aeon system problem but they didnt want to admit it, and instead keep calling and emailing me to pay in lump sum. I went over to their branch and initially one of their staff said its ok if i pay 5% every month. More or less 2k plus per month. I calculated everything and it seems i can afford to pay that much per month to clear it. Hutang mesti dibayar. Thats all i thought abt.
But did u use the 42k?
If u did not use the 42k, i believe we will not ask u to pay back

The money was gone. thats all i can say and that is also what i informed their staff. Which is why i wanted to pay it back monthly until it finishes. Like i said 'hutang mesti dibayar.' But instead they keep asking me to pay in lump sum 42k. I already talked to the staff at their branch and the staff at their branch said can pay 5% monthly till finishes, of course there will be interest which i dont mind.

But then other staff keep calling asks me to pay lump sum even when i already explain that their staff at their branch the one who told me can pay 5% monthly till finishes. But they wouldnt listen and keep calling. There's email and sms also saying i need to pay lump sum. So yeah, monthly 2k plus i still can afford, but lump sum 42k is...😷

The point here is lump sum amount. If they didnt asks to pay in lump sum i wouldnt mind paying 2k plus per month till it finishes. But since they keep saying lump sumx1000 so yeah, i had to go to akpk. The only way to keep them stop calling all the time and stop asking for lump sum.

I probably will pay more per month to settled it all earlier. But for now akpk is the only way to stop them from asking me to pay in lump sum.

What do u mean its gone?

for late payment yes i had experience. event we pay to AKPK in time but when AKPK pay to bank
will be not immediately. some bank receive early some bank receive late. so i use to kena late payment for certain bank. what i do is i own pay one month directly to the bank which always charge me late payment. my issue solve after i pay 1 mth advance.

Hi, I would like to ask some opinion from those who has prior experience dealing with AKPK.

I am in travel industry and since MCO started, my income has been affected a lot. I am earning 60% less right now compared to pre-covid.

As of right now, I am able to survive due to moratorium. And in light of this moratorium ending soon, I can foresee that I wont be able to service my loan payment soon. Thus  i am considering AKPK as last resort.

Currently still in the process of negotiating with all the banks but from what I see, they are quite reluctant to help as of now.

The question that is running in my mind:

1. Is AKPK able to help on HP loan? I dont mind letting go of my car but the loan is still high and exceed the car value. Is there such option that we can let go the car and pay the difference in installment to the bank?

Tried search around regarding car loan but not much were shared.

No payment has been missed so far and ccris all 0. Dont know whether it helps or not in negotiating with the banks
*
Based on ur situation I doubt AK can helps as u not yet default

Thank you for you guys reply!

Finally settled UOB credit card RM 5,100 discount become RM 4,210.
And, HSBC both credit cards RM 14,400.

Left CITIBank, Ambank and CIMB ...

Uob currently having promotion, got rebate.
Hsbc and AMB no rebate at all.

They said my interest is low 6%, therefore no discount ...

For UOB, how come they give u discount?
Intially how much u own UOB before add in interest?
