hmm.gif I think so too...because if he had used the house as collateral...he would not be able to change ownership of the house...
try to get a lot of info as to what you and your family member is liable to your father debts....
some debt collectors would just simply use scare tactic and prey on the none informative family members to pay up.
some would even say that they can ask the EPF to stop payment too....

If you read back some few pages... There have mentions that it can be no issue once the ccrisn xtos are cleared... If can try get loans from banks that are not from those that got you into akpk earlier
