It is being mention in apple support page that once reach 100%, it wont charge again (to avoid over charge).
It will start charging again once it goes below 95%.. so it is not a problem. thumbup.gif

I'm having the same thing...
I observed that when you have 100% charged MB then you switched it OFF and the following time when you switch it ON, the percentage will drop to 99% but the battery will not be charged to 100%. It will show that the battery is already charged.
At the moment, my indicator shows 96% and it shows that "Battery is charged".
I guess in order to charge it back to 100%, you will have to somehow drain the battery to a certain percentage first, then recharge the battery.

Hi!
I'm new here.
I've been considering getting a mac for a while now. But something has been bugging me. Its the Performance-to-price ratio.
The mac i've been considering is the macbook 13'' unibody(which is 4799)
The thing is, on my way to the Apple store, i saw this acer notebook at 4499 but with 90gb more hd space, a 9600m GT, "Blu-Ray"!!!, and a 16'' full hd screen.

I intend to make this a desktop replacement so i'm asking whether the macbook would be worth it?

if you want performance....obviously apple macbook is not the answer...go for other brands...unless you want style, unique and MAC os..

Bluray? i bet you wont use it. cuz review back youself, how many original DVD you buy b4? if none, then i hardly see the way to go into bluray world

Acer quality? crap! I was acer user b4
another thing, i have a fren using almost same acer as you describe, bluray, 16", battery life like crap! 1 hours, that's all!
screen viewing angle is shxx! maybe you can go to understand why ACER does make cheap laptop, and what kind of component quality they use.
and it's very very very heavy, make you dont even thinking of bring everywhere

you rather go for Sony Vaio FW instead
