no my loan not approve yet..

booked a few weeks ago, but never had time to sign S&P until today. Got normal deal only, small ciku like me how to nego deals with developer

I saw that they have retails lots and shop lots as well. What do you guys think of the potential of these? BTW, they will be launching Block B next weekend.

no la, all the while the sales rep had informed me that they'll be releasing block B around april / early may...not few mths later. anyway, they would most probably bring fwd the launching too if their initial plan was to launch a few mths later considering the good take up rate of over 75% as of last sat noon.

Added on March 30, 2009, 10:34 amfrom what i heard, price for the remaining block C units will increase as well in tandem with the expected increase in block B prices...but dun quote me!

it'll be cool though if block B is launched this weekend. can c how much my unit has increased in value if what i said above materialises...haha

If you noticed the shoplots in front, on the right middle corner one, it's a 2-lot combined into one. That'll be their HQ, and showroom will be built at the ground floor. That will happen later

every time using imagination about floor plan is quite diff .. hahah
maybe can met up when show room is ready ya

Yeah, hope the showroom will come up soon, right now we still have to depend on our imagination for the floor layout.
Hopefully they can come up with a mock-up of the different units, just like how they do it for other normal landed properties.

i think they r only building a mock-up of the type B unit. hopefully the show unit would comprise of better fixtures n furnishings compared to the sw one though

According to the sales person, the show unit will be the exact replica of the one you see in the video presentation.

mine is a Type B unit so it will be just nice

Howdy ye'all - Heard frm SA the Block B similar to Block C in terms of unit layouts(type A,B,C,D,E....no F rite !!!!). The only difference is layout...whereby Block B will have 6 + 6 instead of 7 + 5 (Block C..7 facing KL view and 5 facing Pool). Also no studio in Block B...darn!!!! Wud have been a good unit to invest for rental(Taylor's University).

BTW.....anyone got a better deal from bank. Best so far on tis link is BLR -2.2 w/o MRTA, ZEC frm RHB . Is offer from OCBC for BLR -2.35 w/o MRTA, no ZEC worth it ???

wah, ocbc offering BLR - 2.35 w/o MRTA and NZEC?! for real?! if its real, its definitely a good deal! sure no typo?!

btw, i reckon uni students would prefer to share a 3r 2b unit rather than a studio in terms of budget (unless they have really deep pockets! ) anyway, u're saying taylor's uni? got taylor's around kinrara / puchong area??
