Howdy All - Newbie here(Thanks Propcritic). S&P signed and pending for bank loan. Pending for better rates frm EON, OCBC & RHB. Best obtained frm the 3 are at -2.1.

Its gr8 to be part of growing family of the Zest!!!!

- heard from a lil bird - LRT will run from Seri Petaling thru Bkt OUG pass Bkt OUG Townhouse and out near hap seng to Giant - reliability.....back to bolehland syndrome.

my $0.02 worth - Zest and BK 9 will grow(in Prosperity) hand in hand. Only thing tht can spoil the relationship is dbkl apartments on the hill tongue.gif

Howdy ye'all - Heard frm SA the Block B similar to Block C in terms of unit layouts(type A,B,C,D,E....no F rite icon_question.gif !!!!). The only difference is layout...whereby Block B will have 6 + 6 instead of 7 + 5 (Block C..7 facing KL view and 5 facing Pool). Also no studio in Block B...darn!!!! Wud have been a good unit to invest for rental(Taylor's University).

icon_question.gif BTW.....anyone got a better deal from bank. Best so far on tis link is BLR -2.2 w/o MRTA, ZEC frm RHB rclxms.gif . Is offer from OCBC for BLR -2.35 w/o MRTA, no ZEC worth it rclxub.gif ???

oops.gif Thousand Apologies All - typo on OCBC rate, it is -2.30 w/o MRTA & no ZEC. Is this a good rate? How many opting for this?

Going to sign the bank loan agreement at T&T this weekend. Heard first draw-down may be in Aug 09 and T&T also not too sure on this. Best to check with SA or The Zest team!

At last all sudah settle rclxm9.gif Now for the construction to take place soon and we get our units by March 2012!
