QUOTE(yhoong @ Aug 1 2009, 12:43 AM) I've receipt a letter from TZ's architect also. The letter stated "Replacemen of Parcel Layout Plan", it mention that 1 of the building plan was wrongly sent by them to the developer and resulting the same being wrongly inserted in the SPA. Hi,But the letter stated also the new layout plan is as per the sale brochure. So, how do you going to NOT re-intial the new parcel layout plan?? What do you mean by "ccompensate"? How n what? You mean you still insist to have the divider/partition for your unit? I think, if no extra charges incur and the unit's layout remain as per what I see when I purchase; I will agree with amendment to the SPA. I got the letter from the architect too, saying got some amendments. Will need to resign S&P. But, so far no lawyer has called me yet. Does it mean, all of us have to resign the S&P? Mine is Type B, Block B. About the loan, I'm taking PBB, 90% loan. But, have not received any letter from the bank/developer on the payment (interest, whatsoever). Anyone with similar situation? Thanks. |

QUOTE(jehtwong @ Jul 31 2009, 11:00 AM) yesterday received a letter fr TZ'z arkitek informed that, they will take away the divider/partition between the hall and dining area. And need to re-sign the SNP due to change layout. FYI, my unit is type D Block B. Frankly speaking, i hate that partition since it "eats up" the space. |

specifically for block c type b #5 only
what's the point of having (almost) ceilling height windows when many kennot reach to touch it. believe the windows are fixed anyway. granted, its there just to allow light to penetrate but think about the difficulty of cleaning it. they might as well do away with these pseudo-windows. or lower the height and convert it into proper windows - with views too. Hence the windows were removed in the new layout plan, nothing to do with partition. you mean the S+P floor plan is slightly different from my posting? |

As per what I know, developer will issue letter to bank to advise for money release, and the deadline will be 21 working days from the date of letter issued out.. If any parties' (lawyer, bank, government, or whoever) process slow down and causes any delay.. Yes, the late payment interest (daily calculated, as per S&P agreement) of 10 % per annum is to be bared by the purchase, which is.. Just wondering out loud. I've never really been involved in property investment in a big way but looking at Zest had me thinking. Is it still worth going for Zest for investment purposes? I know that there are very few units left so the good ones are pretty much already gone...
