Great job guys. I think people should build their careers there, especially bright talented grads. Free BUMP for you to keep the thread alive and up in interest.
BTW I have worked there for a week on assignment. and i didnt have a car and I got by all through MRT, and wow what a breath of freash air compared to our LRT.
I have a bit of complain though... its too clean. no im just kidding. its great.

You need to apply for Work permit or employment pass to be able to work in sg.
With this, u dont need to chop your passport and fill up the white card everytime.

NS is for singapore citizens onli.

if your sons are the 2nd generation PR, then they have the decision on either serving the NS (granted citizenship automatically afterwards) or renounce the PR without serving NS.

2nd gen PRs are granted citizenship (after NS for boys, and after 18 y.o. for girls), only if they also renounce their (foreign) citizenship at that time. This is their citizenship at birth arising from the nationality of the father (in most cases) and/or mother. If they don't give up their birth citizenship, they simply remain PRs.

If anyone know of any vacant room openings at Tiong Bahru/Redhill area for a young couple, pls let me know.
Will also consider if you're looking for ppl to share whole unit, as long as everyone is agreeable to the lease contract.

Thanks smile.gif
