The contractor over there mention we need to pay RM1200 deposit before do any renovation. RM1000 is refund able , RM200 is un-refund able ... Please correct me , if i wrong. The security issue become more stronger, i think you need touch your access card before press the button on lift..   yup, this is very strong control, u only can access to ur own level by swipe ur access card...eventhough residents if from different levels, they also cannot simply enter to other level floor, this provide more privacy to the condo residents. not many condo hv this kind of access control...thumbs up for developer implement this security control system...and i saw every car park floor and lift lobby ready with CCTV.. Below it's the main grill appointed by developer, simple, nice and classy design, all owners plz follow the rules...
