the confirmed transc price is 376psf......lets take 1st phase developer price at 230psf...it's 70% increase....looking forward for 100% or maybe more upon completion for whole project...

The contractor over there mention we need to pay RM1200 deposit before do any renovation. RM1000 is refund able , RM200 is un-refund able ... Please correct me , if i wrong.



The security issue become more stronger, i think you need touch your access card before press the button on lift..

yup, this is very strong control, u only can access to ur own level by swipe ur access card...eventhough residents if from different levels, they also cannot simply enter to other level floor, this provide more privacy to the condo residents. not many condo hv this kind of access control...thumbs up for developer implement this security control system...and i saw every car park floor and lift lobby ready with CCTV..


Below it's the main grill appointed by developer, simple, nice and classy design, all owners plz follow the rules...

balcony also do grill, management allow? please dont do grill at balcony, this make it looks like low cost flat...

if ur unit is low floor, and u concern about security, just do grill on the balcony door there, dun do at balcony fence there....it may effect the outlook of the condo..i only see low cost flat ppl do grill on the balcony fence...plz think properly becuase this will affect the property value...

well...checked with CIMB and public banker,

confirmed bank valuation can get RM400psf....and there are real trans case for block D unit high floor, face klcc, 2 carparks at 470k few months back ago...
