Since like this project attract different levels of tenant....how the rental there with 1143 sqf unit? Can hit 1.8k for partly fuurnish unit?

stupid park 51 owner rent they unit to african tenant, this condo will not safe anymore and in future sure got many problem happen 1 vmad.gif ..., if african tenant make their house dirty or damage their house wall then only they known...

By the way, the toilet glass door I heard we can request an iron bar to stabilize the door.
Is that true?

Ya my mastered room toilet they add the glass after I fill in the defect form that the glass a bit shaky, now is very firm.

seems like this developer is not too bad after all, still will add in extra feature to make the things better...look at the progress, the developer is sppeding up, the blck A and block B is on painting now......estimate mid of 2013 can handover... tongue.gif

What level u are? Mine at level 8. They just changed the crack tiles only. They never level those tiles that I gave in list.
Mine still pending wall crack, toilet glass door, and the door to yard still unable open.
Tomorrow will go wipe the tiles with water to see all the tiles look good or not.
Dunno when only can start renovation...

I think I will ask to add iron bar also. Silicon won't last long...

common area still okay, but I'm afraid that will become dirty during other unit renovation...

I just went n wash the floor to recheck tiles again only.
Noneed make till so clean now because later renovation will make dirty again...

I sold mine yesterday lol.. No need wash again.. But if anyone want to sell is good to clean or wash the place so buyer will have comfortable view..

actually if u all people need more money pakai or renovation no need to sold ur units 1, my units is 1143sqf, i just top up with bank, public bank already approved another 120k cash to me for renovation rclxm9.gif , low interest ... paid 30years every month only paid rm625... rclxms.gif

Yaya..how much u sell? I feel wana sell too but looking at market new dev hard to get a new wan with more than 8% roi..in rental.think to rent 1st to build passive income.
