Block C price frm 330/sqf at PJ area and easy access to all major highways, that consider still cheap,plus the Mah sing Icon city is a very main pull factor to push out the price, forsee upon completion the price can be 400 psf.........dun forgot those far location for recently launches such like cyberjaya oledy at least 350 psqf above...

u can find subsale frm i property..the final block will launch on june...

yaya, they keep postpponed, frm block b launch date which is march last year, until now is oledy more than 1 year stil nt launch block c..

looks modern and outstanding at this pj area..very obvious frm federal highway....

nt sure..block c keep delaying...maybe developer construction not able to complete 4all phases in year 2012..so purposely delay block c so that can have some margin...or maybe wait the icon city by mahsing which is juz located nearby to announce the residence suite price so that they can also make the block c price higher...

almost 2 and half year since first block launch...consider very slow lo, still gt 3 more blocks still on going construction...

finally the 1st block of park 51 is near completion.....since icon city just stone away frm park 51, how much launch price do u think for the final block for park 51 which is going to launch this coming october???

not near, at least it's not walking distance and cant view from the unit..........glomac damansara and desa kiara condo also gt huge malay graveyard just walking distance and very clear from unit view...but the price even higher than this project.......if u wan fengshui good and super duper good location..u wont get less than 350psf price like park 51....u pay wht then u get wht...

finally the final phase block C is open for sale...

Well i would say it's aim for different market....park 51 main for those work at PJ/damansara, mid valley, bandar sunway, bandar utama area...and the Z residence would be main for those at KL area( since gt future LRT station), and those work at TPM area.......

of course there are pros and cons for each project....

park 51 is leasehold, and old pj area, but with low density which is just 8 units per floor

Z residence is freehold, at OUG residential area, but with high density which is around 12 units per floor(correct me if i am wrong)...

depend on wht u need..

suggest u go to b oth area and have survey 1st...then look at the unit design...u will find wht u wan after that...

2 years ago, can get 220k for smaller unit around 700++ or 800++ sqf unit at park 51...

yaya nowadays property so expensive..i bought my park 51 unit at 250psf last 2 years...hope real tanscation value can reach 350psf when upon completion and reach 400psf above when icon city completed...

sometimes asking price is not equal to real tanscation price...

380k can get block d subsale...around 900sqf lo...
