, because taipan already took our 4 months maintainance fee without club house & facility, even CF taipan postpone to another 4 months they also earn, because we already get our key & sign so taipan no need paid us 4 months compensation..., without CF buyer can't renovation / can't stay & also will loss 4 months maintainance fee.... vmad.gif that's why i hope taipan promised 3 weeks can get CF is real 1...

If collect your key please ask TAIPAN : (1.) why corridors light just few only? (2.) when can get CF & compensation? (3.) security card? (4.)why maintenance not RM0.15cen? (5.) when buyer collected key developer will stop paid compensation? (6.) even TAIPAN postpone CF again, buyer still need to paid maintenance fee every month?

renovation a bit then rent out, earn side income every month, let someone help u paid house loan every month, drool.gif just wait another 2~3years..., many people said sell park 51 condo then invest another house, ha!ha!ha!...,dreaming? u still think nice location house can get cheap cheap price? now bank negara control market, not easy get loan anymore...

actually if u all people need more money pakai or renovation no need to sold ur units 1, my units is 1143sqf, i just top up with bank, public bank already approved another 120k cash to me for renovation rclxm9.gif , low interest ... paid 30years every month only paid rm625... rclxms.gif

u want to top up actually can, but depend on ur month salary also, if bank negara think u afford, bank at least will borrow u 80k~100k cash..., low interest, can paid 360 months, better then u apply personal loan... thumbup.gif ,don;t worry o.k!, nice location house value will up up up 1, brows.gif maybe after 15 years park 51 residency 1143sqf selling 800k liao...

‎(1.) At night corridor very dark (2.) Untill now still no guard house & security card (3.) Lif dark & door close slow motion (4.) Floor dirty & no body throw rubbish, (5.) Defect still no finish yet (6.) No club house no swimming-pool......, i don't understand we paid 4 months high maintainant fee for what... , compensation where / when??? This taipan(呆板) developer totally suck...
