taipan ppl tell me that the compensation will do when they settle the cf but not in full amount. to get full amount and QUICK, need to go to tribunal but make sure got all document or might fail......seem like it going to take long time for taipan to issue the compensation plus not full....

since he said like that, i send a formal letter to taipan oredi for compensation and ready to go to tribunal if taipan no respond smile.gif ......for those want to go to tribunal pls check tribunal website......pay rm10 only to bring it to tribunal.....i guess worth it......

Why not full amount? All follow S&P. Otherwise what for we sign it? I shall give Taipan another 1 month to reply me. Sept will pass to tribunal if still no response from Taipan. Won't negotiate with her !!

Yes....i think it's fair to rent out 994 sq ft for RM1500 since not all the facilities are available yet. This amounts to RM1.5 psf.
PJ8 is being rented out for RM4 psf on average with some fully furnished units going at RM5psf as it has full facilities and nearer to amenities.

that is what he said to me.....no full compensation plus slow.......so i most probably will go for tribunal if they dont reply.....

1143sqft, with 2 car parks.. 2nd floor face Subang near to garden.. Need all opinion how much would can it be? Can this unit sell at 480k?

agree with you lo...last week pass by there...see the progress for the clubhouse n swimming pool area start gt very well progress oledy....less than 10km to One U, sunway, mid valley and future icon city, now gt paradigm mall and tropicana city within that area.......less than 4km to ktm and 2 lrt stations...RM500psf is achievable... rclxms.gif

I got my CF. But dunno why it is stated in medium low cost 17th story approved. I assumed that it was condo as we paid for condo price.

Haha I'm in the midst of thinking want to sell or keep the unit for rent. I think for location wise our condo is quite strategic, only the entrance through the warehouse building is a bit narrow when there are cars and motors park beside the road.

What do you thing guys? Keep for rent or sell it? I think the price will increase, will it increase alot in tue next 1 year?

renovation a bit then rent out, earn side income every month, let someone help u paid house loan every month, drool.gif just wait another 2~3years..., many people said sell park 51 condo then invest another house, ha!ha!ha!...,dreaming? u still think nice location house can get cheap cheap price? now bank negara control market, not easy get loan anymore...

condo or apartment, just a name only..don worry...i think the developer price range is for medium cost apartment...look at the SNP for some freehold condo like ken damansara in ss2, also stated is medium cost apartment..so no worry no worry..just a name..

defientely can increase to 400psf at current market, there are willing taker oledy...can go further up or not in future..very much depent on successful of icon city...icon city is flagship project by mah sing..very hard to fail...so i will forsee can up to 500psf in near future....look around at pj area, any new launch lower than 500psf...i think no...dont compare to park avenue 1120 at PJ South la...that part is PJ, but it;s quite run down and far away frm real PJ center...in this case, i take PJ SS2 as PJ centralize location...
