hi all.. finish the defect? they promise can settle within two week, but nowadays still not yet finish, process until half way then stop it...

Hi,

Am curious, do we need to be there when they rectify or do we leave the door open for them to rectified as it seems they didn't call up to do the rectification.
Can you advise how to proceed with it?
And how do we proceed with claiming the "compensation interest of bank"?

Please help out ...

u need to close & lock the door.
when u submit the defect form, they will asked for a main door key to open.

Did anyone know how is park 51 selling now? what is the market rate. I checked bank evaluation 400 per sqft is for block C. But what about for block D?

Hi all,
Newbie here from block A. If i'm not mistaken, if we sell our house before 5 years right, we have to pay some amount to gov.Do anyone know how much need to pay and the 5 years are calculated from which date? From receive key or from the loan approve or others?
Hope someone can help me with my question.

Anyone know why the Block D's Taipan office will close on weekend...If we have anything need complaint or any request..then we need to purposely on leave and go there.....

Anybody interested buy secondhand air conditional? 1-2 years panosonic brand, good conditioning.

My friend offer me but I just want 1 unit. Still have 2 units 1.5hp and 1 unit is 2.0hp.

The valuations are usually based on size and project......not on block.
So the valuation for any block should technically be the same.

If you well within 1st 2 years RPGT is 10% 2-5years is 5% on the profit. After 5 years no tax

Anyone interest to install plaster ceiling...My friend have intro one to me ...he is the one who i feel pro and satisfied...important is the price reasonable..if u need it, just pm me and you can compare the price first before make decision..hehe

they are pretty slow in doing the defect. Mine also pending and need more than 2 weeks. have no idea how they do their work. do a bit and left it like that...

and i found out we have to pay for the maintenance fee and sinking fund for parking.

1 last thing, to do renovation taipan will not refund that RM100-RM200. and that does not happen to any of my houses before, this is the first time i heard and not sure why we need to pay them to renovate.

they are only thinking how to earn money from owners.

I have submit the defect form on 18 July, it take more than 3 week but still not yet complete the defect yet, Did the mention why they want to collect the RM100-RM200??? admin fees ??? I cant accept this, our house do the renovation, why we need to pay them so much money?
