Some switches not install properly; the ceiling also never help me to cover back... Yesterday email to Taipan HQ and shoot them but no reply from this developer. They shouldn't pass us the key since a lot of thing yet completed include utility, security cf and even car par also without lot no.....

Water without meter, just need to go to control room And switch on, taipan had temporary connect it. There is small small defects.. Just need to rectify it, they said around 2 weeks time.. Common area is good, but I think can be improve.. The playground I think is rather packed with many equipments haha..it's nice, my unit is just 2nd flor and can see the playground from master room.. anyone get compensation from taipan?? all of u taken the key?? i did ask some advise from lawyer and been told not to take they key since we havent get the cf and we cant move in. the clubhouse oso not completed.....we have to write letter to taipan and they have to answer ask all that..... arrghhh headache la......

I intend on fitting a tankless natural gas heater to save on power costs for my stove, dishwasher, dryer, kitchen and bathroom faucets/showers. If anyone intends to do the same, please PM me so maybe can get better pricing on the heater units.

Many defect in my unit, wall paint feel not nicely, alot of hole around the windows frame, even the door in second bed room also install terbalik... so funny~
When the time I collect the key, they have help me test all the power point, fan point... now, waiting the water supply from them.

There is definately a 24 months defect liability period, as it is a standard in any CAR (Contractor All Risk) policy, and that includes anything that occurs after you have taken possession of the property and you cannot fault the developer after that...dude what more heart ache you can already get?

Collected my keys. Apparently the 2 weeks issue highlighted previously is actually 2 weeks for key collection..after 2weeks developer will consider all keys disburse to owner. However owner still able to report any defect after that. All defect, developer is liable within the 24 months.
My units consider quite ok..no major defects..

According to the drawing, from main entrance door all the rooms should be on the left side but when we go inside all on the right side
