I think 350psf is achieveable once completed, the internal built material look very nice, once whole devlopment completed, aim for 400psf....

If icon city completed and really become pj version mid valley, then 500psf is possible....hehe

someone (through my banker) offer me 375k to buy my unit 994sqft..im pretty sure he know our PARK51 price will burst after ICON city completed.EXPECTED 500/sq. ft base on launch price of ICON city residence parcel now.

So there are willing buyer to pay 377psf....that very good news since the earlier purchase price is below 250psf....

Not sure same deal or not, but 1 of my ex colleague sign de subsale booking for the same price.but apparently bank valuation not there yet..but I would think tat becoz real transaction nt done yet as nt yet vp.

very good news, not yet completed oledy can get this price...380psf...450psf defientely is doable once completed the whole development...
so now the success of icon city will be the pull factor for this up to 500psf..

Personal opinion, at 385k consider a value buy, what you can get below 400k nowadays..somemore this is PJ with fantastic accessibility biggrin.gif
My ex-colleague bought for own stay, thus at this price i guess still a steal!
