i think he told me the purchase price is 385k...but if not remember wrongly is facing KL.

Personal opinion, at 385k consider a value buy, what you can get below 400k nowadays..somemore this is PJ with fantastic accessibility  My ex-colleague bought for own stay, thus at this price i guess still a steal! This post has been edited by mark6design: Jun 7 2012, 02:50 PM
