Jus passed by there.. The club house progress really slow.. Right now think they concentrate more on blocks A and B... They r linking both blocks together rite now..

The temple is still there.. Think block C and swimming pool will seriously delay..

Btw, really hope they get the approval from Syabas n no more further delay to issue the vp for block D residences..

I dont think this stupid developer can fulfill whatever she promised to us :

(i) Handover VP by 15/6
(ii) completed the club house and allow tenant to use by Dec 2012.
(iii) swimming pool completed by July 2013.

Just go to visit the site and you all will believe what i mean.

I went to see the front entrance on Sunday. There is no barrier's for access gate on both entrance and exit. I believe the access barrier will be in the parking lot.

No doubt there's still plenty of work to do on the club house, if they focus on it, shouldn't have problem to complete it by December.

For the swimming pool and block C, i went to visit the temple opposite the school, still not completed yet. So for the temple relocation, i don't think they can move out in July.

That means everyone can go in without permission?
There should be barrier and access card as told by developer last time when i bought it... it is impossible to put it at the parking lot. entrance is the most ideal place.

This is only assumption on my personal view. There are some condo/apartment where they allow you to drive in. There will be another guard house in the parking lot.

Maybe someone can ask the developer on the access barrier.

I think this developer is not tat bad...at least this developer wait for CF and VP together...

i know some developer issue VP 1st without waiting for CF...so buyers can get the key but cant move in...just can do some renovation...and the defect warranty start to count when upon VP....

it's no longer called CF anymore....they have change it to Certificate of Completion and Compliance. So it's CCC instead of CF.

Yes some developer hand over the keys to owners first, but if you have some owners who did some major renovation to the unit, The CCC will not approve it.
