Agree no africans. Middle east some don't pay rental. have to be careful.
local may be better. not everyone can buy house now as the price is getting higher and higher. only rich gets richer. working class try hard to save money for down payment. what world it is today? I thought developer is going to let us know on Mon whether syabas reply them or not? |

hope they can give us a good news.
But i don think Taipan will keep the promise because regarding from other forum member mention that Taipan will handover on end of this month. That means, Taipan still not yet received any reply from Syabas!!!! This post has been edited by legendsky: Jun 9 2012, 06:48 PM |

Ting & Hong has sent emails to taipan, seems that the developers are not replying email and neither we are getting any updates on Syabas.

Just get the email from YB Lau...YB Lau already gt email from developer that confirm will get CF issued out in the next 2 days...all block D buyers, be ready to get the key...
From: +60122953655 Received: 11 Jun 2012 9:23 AM YB, we hv been assured that Syabas will issue the cf sokongan letter within the next 2 days. So O believe that we can be on target for issuance of VP letter by 15th as discussed earlier. Can u pl advise the buyers in communication with u accordingly. Regards. Simon. |

Hi guys.....lets hope we got key by this week....
So its time for us to discuss on the compansation....but its more proper to discuss through email rather then here.....as such please provide me the information as requested before (name, unit no., SnP due date, email and contact number)....so far I've only receive 6 responce....Better we discuss and agreed on the compansation plan so that we could communicate it when we take the key frm developer....Please PM me this information by tommorrow....thanks guys.....It is always more effective if we go in a group rather then individual basis.... Please take note that we are talking for whole block D buyers regardless of SnP due date....As such all the Block D buyers are welcomed to join this mail group by providing above information.... |

nothing wrong on 390 psf. They are just trying their luck. I had an offer for 410 psf. Not selling. Will be moving in soon.....
