There should be barrier and access card as told by developer last time when i bought it... it is impossible to put it at the parking lot. entrance is the most ideal place.

Agree no africans. Middle east some don't pay rental. have to be careful.
local may be better.
not everyone can buy house now as the price is getting higher and higher. only rich gets richer. working class try hard to save money for down payment.

I think block C can complete in another 3 years... long time to go... not 10 years sooooooo long......

they are pretty slow in doing the defect. Mine also pending and need more than 2 weeks. have no idea how they do their work. do a bit and left it like that...

and i found out we have to pay for the maintenance fee and sinking fund for parking.

1 last thing, to do renovation taipan will not refund that RM100-RM200. and that does not happen to any of my houses before, this is the first time i heard and not sure why we need to pay them to renovate.

they are only thinking how to earn money from owners.
