i add 3 sen coz got 3 pools. units on 'garden' floors should easily get another 1 sen.

Wrong... SPS agree to build the ramp ONLY WHEN it is required by MPSJ after the traffic monitoring after the new road system is in place in 2 weeks time.

At the moment jam is terrible but no effect from SW's traffic yet..

One of the reason I bought is because of the colorful display, but many hv criticized saying it looks cheap, the entertainment mall is elegant, m pretty confident that it will be a success... smile.gif

One man's meat is another's poison... i like the use of colours too on SW, but still the main reason im into it is because everything is available a lift journey downstairs. Now im only waiting for it to open and prosper!
