UFO-ET support RM350/sf, siapa ikut?

Honestly dont understand why SPS so kedekut doesnt want to build additional ramp for SW..........they should look how smaller develper like Dijaya created a ramp to increase accesibility to Tropicana Mall.......and an addtional exit point ............ IMHO Tropicana city has done well............

relying on just one access ............... from wawasan somemore........ is dem risky especially for the retailers...........

After the jam getting terrible, then SPS will build the ramp.. Malaysian culture..

i add 3 sen coz got 3 pools. units on 'garden' floors should easily get another 1 sen.

wah all top up so much ar ... beh sai ler .. i have to deduct back to 350psf cos Pai said sw not gonna be landmark of puchong .. let's keep it at 350psf, otherwise someone will beh song ..
