i think for trigon...developer gotta give min 10% discount to move the units
currently giving 2-5% rebate.......still cannot make it

Listing up the owners to support the price is a desperate move to speculate the price.

Ya... dont think it will be in time for CNY. But my impression is during CNY, most ppl in cities will balik kampung and also businesses will close for the festives, so it dont really matter if it will open in time for CNY or not. But i do hope they will have a grand opening will events like mini concert, fireworks, etc when they do open. I have a feeling they might have the grand opening in June when the entertainment mall is open and Solace owners can take their keys...

Chief, any idea wat would be replacing the current Tesco which is expected to move to Bdr Bkt Puchong?

I read from a thread in Kopitiam that there are rumours something big is coming up, like a mall with 30+ storey tower and the LRT station ST07 in mall (sort of like Pantai Plaza), but I remain sceptical because I think the LRT stations have been confirmed now that construction works have started and any changes in location will need public review. Also, don't think the current MPSJ will approve any more mega development along this stretch of LDP givent he many complaints on the congestion here...

Approximately 7 acres of land, not too big and not too small, could be something like Da Men UEP in Subang Jaya?
Da Men (9 acres) and Icon City (20 acres) are located in a super jam area too, I foresee something huge coming up..

p/s : due to the superb location which is fronting the future LRT, Da Men service apt is calling 700/sf!! almost fully sold! very unbelievable

Irony, since SW Trigon also fronting future LRT station, equally bad jam (but SW facing while Da Men Persiaran Kewajipan), but Trigon sales not so good...
