the puchong folks are not ready for 600psf lifestyle apartment yet
the ceiling heights is only 9.3ft +-
definately not luxury in eyes of many, min need 11ft to feel the space

I think it would be irresponsible for spsetia to leave this traffic mess to existing Puchong people

Ldp Puchong already slow traffic starting 430pm

Was aware that the traffic feasibility studies was done years ago and at 10am

And the developer prolly want to get away with this
