It is definitely a big traffic issue at the junction and the jam can cause up to IOI malls. This is really a serious issue to look into.

Many tends to ignore a lot of small little things which added up to be a big problem. This is how Puchong traffic ended up today. Ie: The existing interchange at IOI malls is not the original plan but has amended for some not valid reasons. Every project along LDP created one minor issue, which caused today traffic jam from Sunway Toll all the way to Bukit Hitam just less then 10 years. Even an old federal road "federal highway" has better planned than LDP.

A small time developer "trinity" develops Zest at Kinrara can afford to build a ramp for it's residents, why can't SP Setia think of it? I am sure they can afford. Moreover, Wawasan residents were also their purchasers. If are they so inconsiderate, not taking care about their SW purchasers as well as their old customers? The traffic will definitely suffers by both side of residents.

Tax payers ? Where does the money spend?

Otherwise, still back to square one, SP shall consider for their corporate Public welfare before their shares are bought up by ........ interested party.

Hello! Why the price is so low leh? Does it mean SW were sold at over price? How much gain can a sub-sale transaction, OMG!

How to fetch higher price when the junction is at "Kawasan Kemalangan - Bahaya"? I saw 3 accidents occurred within 2 days itself right before LDP from Persiaran Wawasan...... OMG!
