This Setia Walk when I drive along LDP and look at it, the floor height seem to be very low. Is it true or just illusion ?
No idea.. But SW is wide, may be that's create the illusion..Financial Setia Walk..Puchong, pre-launch R3 service apartment..

Shops currently under reno when I was there in Feb:
1. Kenny Rogers Roasters 2. Sushi Tei 3. Roommates Bar 4. F Block Boutique 5. Starbucks 6. Muzeum Pub and Bistro 7. Beer House 8. Cafe Barbera 9. Dining pod (don't know which restaurant) 10. A few office tenants Very few out of the total 180+ lots! Also, the most unpopular lots seem to be the ones facing bomba (hotel block) and also those facing LDP.. Frankly speaking, many people is being fend off by the price tag as buyers still not ready to fork out more than RM500/sqft for Puchong condo. Not sure of current sales status but SPS should set the price lower to attract more buyers.

QUOTE(airline @ Feb 23 2012, 12:22 PM) Yeah, can park underground... still FOC. And if you want to walk around you just need to register with the security and they will give you a pass..QUOTE(UFO-ET @ Feb 23 2012, 12:08 PM) Just worry SPS might screw up Setia Walk, obviously the rental is too high, I dunno why SPS promise the shop owners a 10% yield, they shd hv discuss with shops owners again in order to lower the rental rate, Mid Valley is doing the right thing, pull in all the tenants with special package for the 1st year, make sure every shops are able to open at the same time, it is very crucial, crowd won't come in if most of the shops are not ready. I believe the CF delay due to the road complain caused many lost opportunities too. |

Anyone heard anything that the LRT station is not going to build in tesco opposite Setia Walk for now.. ??? I think it will affect a lot of vested people in setia walk, most buy for that pricing due to opposite LRT station, and not their buidling quality etc...just some rumors... anyone can find out ?
If you stay around puchong, u know next to IOI mall, they are clearing the land for the station, at the other end, next to rakanmuda sports complex, they also clearing the land for station, except nothing happen near Tesco puchong, opposite Setia walk, and work already been started in both of this two station, but as it seems tesco is not going to be tear down..and nothing happening around that area, isn't it weird ? don't tell me that area is easier to build a station, so really don't know what will happen now if the station is not there..
