Not only some defect can be seen but to be honest SPS need to hire more qualify architect to create better layout for future house launches. |

I believe bank will have their valuation on the last block of SW sale price. I think max is about RM 440 psf? Bank will push up a bit, let say RM470 since the last block price was 2 years back... Usually Owner sell higher price than the bank valuation, which mean owner may push their price to RM490+/- psf...
