Don't shout to much first.. 1008 should be around 450K (My 2 C) tongue.gif .. Already high price... But looking at the shops area last visit, really nice the environment there..

Yes, different style of living... every person see thing differently and looking for different style of living... So, you got your own little land but what you can do about it? Build a swimming pool there? Stop comparing condo with landed.. Different people different style..

Workmanship from company is different from time to time. IOI also got problems deliver good quality house to their customer. My friend own the latest, I think is Zarra or something... He told me the whole house need to redo.. Kota Kumuning developer, Paramount, also the same. The previous phase of Kemuning Utama was good... But the latest phase... A friend of mine said he want to cry after get his key and saw the house in actual... So, No need to argue.. Just pray the workers the developer hired to build your house is look after by their main con... Cheers...

Vio averaging not that high.. Was 420 psf if i am not wrong. some units well below 400 psf. 390 psf for those not facing the main road.

I believe bank will have their valuation on the last block of SW sale price. I think max is about RM 440 psf? Bank will push up a bit, let say RM470 since the last block price was 2 years back... Usually Owner sell higher price than the bank valuation, which mean owner may push their price to RM490+/- psf...

My crazy 2Cents...

How did you secure? SNP signed? if not, seller may pay back your deposit x 2 and the deal will be off.. Met such seller before..
