I dun think Zest Point can be a success. If I am a retails shop businessman, I will not open my outlet in ZP, it is not whether the rental reasonable or not, but is the number of shops is not enough to pull crowd into this area. Even to open a mamak shop, they will do a survey as well.
*
yea.. too little commercial element cant pull the crowd, moreover need pulling factor like cinema. number of carpark allocation is pathetically low.

SW has a good layout to be successful, mainly having cinema and ample of carpark.. like you guys say, leasing team has to get the right mix of tenant to pull off a good show. very looking forward to SW

Swimming pool? Wading pool? Does anyone has Solace original brochure to show the E-Deck facility layout? If not mistaken, the Solace is different fr Brio & Vio , the swimming pools arrangement is different for Solace, It has 2 long shape pools, wading is for kids.
Vio swimming pool is bout 60ft in length.

I believe Solace e-deck will be something similar to Vio, but since Solace e-deck was redesigned (omitted the original three garden units), who knows...

Each column to column is 8.4m, so i believe that will be app. the width of the pool. At any rate, I believe it's not as small as it appears in the photo.

Anyway, they still maintain the ugly colourful tiles at the open lounge, which I hope and believe will be different from Brio and Vio if you look at the models.

The width looks like 8 to 10 ft, based on the 2 x 2 tiles.

Not possible, it will be too small. Please see the plan I shared earlier, it's definitely >10 ft.

Attached Image Photo 1
Attached Image Photo 2

If we study these 2 pictures carefully, I am quite sure this is the wading pool. Photo 1, the pool edge which is glass panel facing an empty playground, while photo 2 the main pool glass panel is facing outside.
I manage to talk to one of the SA today, she isn't aware of LYN discussion, she may study and revert it back to me tomolo.
I did ask the occupancy rate of those shoplots, according to her, all the shoplots ground floor are taken, dunno true or not? hmm.gif

Nola, I believe the two pics show the same pool, which is the swimming pool. It's just that the angle of the photo and the pool is irregularly shaped (not rectangular, I believe) and it's only showing part of it. From the photo you can't tell either that each column to column width is 8.4m, but they are.

closest estimation will be solace type c balcony (pic2).. slightly wider than the balcony width..
yes, type c width is 8.4m, but i think the pool section is slightly narrower if u refer to the width of type c above.. may 6m in width

Gotta admit I don't like how Solace's e-deck models are done up, with the outdated tiles and decor.
