the Yuanmingyuan served as vacation sanctuary for 5 emperors during Qing Dynasty reign and was the largest and most luxurious imperial garden measuring 350 hectares.

i doubt the muzeum restaurant and bar operator could duplicate anything near it but it is still a nice addition and change it brought to Puzhong folks.

as long as the concept looks like new Shanghai , then it is already something to marvel at

i always go to puchong tesco and in my opinion, the land reserved for STN 7 is too small for LRT station.

i have the feeling the Tesco land may be utilise as extension and if my guess is correct , then there should be something really big coming up . integrated commercial /office with LRT station perhaps .

puchong is really booming

i saw the fence is up on the piece of land beside Tesco so STN 07 is definitely on and moving.

went to Setia Walk for a stroll yesterday and the place is windy and calm with watercade's water flowing and dancing . went to check Solace owner's and visitors car park and they look pretty impressive with good air circulation.

Boss, did you see the % of completion of Solace's common facilities? What's your feel about it? Do you think it can get CCC any time soon?
*
the common facilities is out of sight as the solace entrance from shoplots are blocked although i saw nice plants hanging off common walkway on 7/8 floor and more on 11/12 floor . i manage to walk in to view the car park . the car park check in/out post looks elegant and i saw a rather high tech sensor machine for access cards.

my guess is VP should be sometime in April or even May. Some renovation work at shoplots even on Sunday and looks like Starbuck should be ready to open for business anytime now . i think Solace should have the best view looking down at the big fountain pond

the feel of the whole place as it is now, are generally good. work quality is good by Malaysian standard although some repainting/touch up need to be done . getting in/out accessibility are at least satisfactory

SP Setia wouldn't call themselves a builder with distinction for nothing . beginning to like them more and more . if one wants a lifestyle change or swing , SetiaWalk is the place

boss UFO

3 good point made but give the price difference at +- RM 10

but overtime , i think SW will prosper. i remember MidValley during the late 1990s , most people write it off and looking back , how wrong they were. but SW may not be as successful as MV as first of all , there are too many shoplots in surrounding areas such as Pusat Bandar Puchong , along LDP and Bandar Puteri . plus dont know yet Puzhong folks will embrace the open shopping concept .

but the advantage is , it is the first to engaged such as concept with water liu liu everywhere. the feeling's nice when i visit there

there are indeed many trees planted at SW and once those trees grow-up to full maturity ,SW will resemble a garden service residence with water flowing and dancing at every corners

talking about planted trees, there's a campaign for tree adoption going on now.
a noble idea indeed but don't know whether Buzhong folks are ready to embrace . such a good idea and i guess could be initiated by SP Setia and one of the organic shops at SW. forgot the name

Anyone been inside the Mall? From LDP it looks still very empty.

i heard about 8k to 10k (subject to verification) per month for renting g/floor shops facing water fountain approx 1,500 sq/ft and that's why few dare to take up ( except big chain stores)
