the file must be i ipcc format. example maxis.ipcc.zip. you have to delete the extension for the file. if maxis_3.0.ipcc.zip must be in maxis_3.0.ipcc the itunes can detect it.

i think can online but so far i not try try tethering but the tethering option still there in my iphone. MMS works perfectly fine with me so i believe that the tethering will work. i using maxis btw.
i have upload the file where i compress it again.i hope it can be use.
- i have try download and extract using mac and it seems mac extract it into "payload" folder not into ipcc extension. mac eventually extract the zip file then it extract it again until payload folder comes out. i will try&error and update step to get the correct file etc.

Windows:
-I have try download using windows and extract it and it perfectly turn into ipcc file so user can download and direct update in using your itunes.
-So you download it, then extract and use itunes to update the ipcc file
-Done.
names for file for windows:
-iPhone_3.0_Celcom_my.zip
-iPhone_3.0_DIGI_my.zip
-iPhone_3.0_Maxis_my.zip
-maxis3.0Orange.zip
For Mac:
- as for the mac it double extract the file and make it into the payload folder( at least for my mac it turns out like that )here is the guide for those their mac double extract the files.
i have recreate the file if some of mac user have the same situation as me( where mac eventually double extract the zip file then "paylod" folder appear)

-Celcom3.0mac.ipcc.zip
-DIGI3.0mac.ipcc.zip
-maxis3.0mac.ipcc.zip
Instruction:
1) after you download the file, right click on it and click "get info".

2) click at the name of the file and delete the ".zip" extension, leaving the ".ipcc" extension and press enter.

3) it will ask if you want to keep the ".zip" extension or change into ".ipcc" extension.
4) click at ".ipcc" extension then it will turn into ipcc file and you are ready to go.

5) update using itunes and Done.
i will update on how to create the custom operator logo later. Here i will show on how to change the operator logo into the logo you want to.
-i can only use mac because i dont know how to change the logo using windows.
-i will try to explain as much as i can and hope you guys will understand.
Here is the instruction:
1) first you download the carrier bundle Ts upload in the first page
2) extract it and payload folder will appear. go into the payload folder and you will see "namefile.bundle" inside the folder( i using maxis)
3) right click at the "bundle" file and click at show "package contents"

4) then replace the others logo into the bundle contents and make sure the "name" and "size" including the "resolution" same as the original file.

5) after you replace it. then close the windows and the compress the file.
6) after you compress it right click and click at "get info"
7) change the extension from "zip" to "ipcc" and you are ready to go.

here how i change the logo manually. i hope you guys understand and happy modding.
