Someone asks this question back in 2010 but no answer, wonder anyone knows that is it possible to flag someone in the CCRIS/CTOS if the person did not pay the condo management fee i.e. a lot of money spanning months or years. What is the process and procedures?
*
CCRIS - no.
CTOS - unless legal action is taken on the unit owner then it maybe captured.

Hi. My family is about to open a Sdn. Bhd. company but I have doubts in doing so since my name is listed in CCRIS & CTOS. I understand from a friend who works in CIMB bank, for a Sdn. Bhd. company to open a current account with a bank, it is not compulsory for all the names of the directors to be in the current account, unlike sole proprietor or partnership. Is this true? Which means that my name can be listed in the company and this will not affect the company should the company opens a current account? Pls advice. blink.gif unsure.gif

I was applying credit card with a bank, call it BS, a week later me and wife applied housing loan from few banks, pending the final offer / final loan package available to us.

My application for CREDIT CARD got rejected by BS, few days before I signed the Letter of Offer for mortgage.

So out of curiosity, I called up BS to check reason for rejection, the staff told me in CCRIS, I have very high housing loan commitment, after spoken to 3 different officers, finally I talked to processing department.

It come to my surprise that my name, in CCRIS, recorded 4 mortgage loan amount with 4 Banks, so they took all 4 outstanding loan amount as my housing loan commitment , and they decided that my DSR exceeded their DSR of 75%.

Funny but not funny as I wanted that credit card which has the benefit for INsurance premium

To be frank bank quite strict with CCRIS report nowadays, even approve with new cc if you existing commitment is quite high they have the right reject your application.

Hi to you again, thanks for your reply, after replying to my last post about mortgage. I finally got a good rate for our mortgage.

My problem with BS is they treat all 4 mortgage applications as one loan commitment and rejected my CC by stating I have exceed DSR of 75%.

Now in your ccris there might show there's 4 pending approval loan case, just prove to them you'll only sign one among these 4, i guess should be ok.

Think the bank isn't correct to do that as is not factual. Anyways is their loss. I'd applied a credit card also go or insurance premiums rebate and convenience but to my surprise, got rejected too. My ccris has no late repayments and CTOS is clean. Not willing to divulge the reason. BNM should make the banks give reason so that I can take the appropriate actions to clear our names rather than keep us in the dark.

Banks are compulsory to give reason for any rejected applications. However, this reason is not visible to applicant. Usually in any application there will be a disclaimer, something like "The Bank shall reserve the absolute right to approve or reject my/our application as the Bank deems fit without assigning any reason."

Reason given to bnm is only for statistical purpose only and not verified. To applicant, reason is even more general. Might as well don't bother. Have blacklisted a few banks already as no more keen to do business with them. Still can get the best offer from the other banks, so no complaints.

130,000 peminjam ingkar PTPTN disenarai hitam Selasa ini

source: The Malaysian Insider

Yes, it takes such a long time for implementation. I'm wondering how far the records of PTPTN loan defaulters do they keep. Since it was 1st introduced? If they only manage to retain those recent records then still a number escape from paying...

I had a joint home loan and purchase with my mum and she is the one who's paying the installments all the while. However, sometimes she paid the installments late and now it has affected my CCRIS as I wanted to buy my own property. The balance left less than 5k so if I paid it off at once, will my CCRIS improve or still be affected? I need 90% loan for the property I'm buying now.
