Hi. My family is about to open a Sdn. Bhd. company but I have doubts in doing so since my name is listed in CCRIS & CTOS. I understand from a friend who works in CIMB bank, for a Sdn. Bhd. company to open a current account with a bank, it is not compulsory for all the names of the directors to be in the current account, unlike sole proprietor or partnership. Is this true? Which means that my name can be listed in the company and this will not affect the company should the company opens a current account? Pls advice.
