QUOTE(Secruoser @ Jun 23 2015, 02:14 PM)
I had a joint home loan and purchase with my mum and she is the one who's paying the installments all the while. However, sometimes she paid the installments late and now it has affected my CCRIS as I wanted to buy my own property. The balance left less than 5k so if I paid it off at once, will my CCRIS improve or still be affected? I need 90% loan for the property I'm buying now.

Ask the bank to update your Ccris record with bnm now. Otherwise have to wait until July 11th.

In CCRIS website it says the latest information is updated every 15th, now changed to 11th?

Anyway, the loan agent said if I settle the outstanding for the first property, then should be no problem.

I got a question, if my fren and his wife own a house, but my fren declared bankrupt, will the house get lelong? I asked few ppl, but a lawyer said wont force sell because as long the wife is not bankrupt, the house are not subjected to sell. Anyone got proper info on this? I have received many different info on this.
*
is your fren got any other properties? insolvency department will reserved the right to the bankcrupt person for minimum 1 unit of property.

So, if your fren only hold that unit, Insolvency Department will not take action to force him for sale his unit.

Thought bankruptcy is linked to JIM. CTOS is just a private company providing bankruptcy results from JIM.

Sorry to confuse ya. Bank will check customer ccris cctos report for loan application, so they will judge bankruptcy result from cctos report.

If it's CTOS issue, you likely won't get your loan approved last year. Possibly your debt serving capability is weak by measures of DSR, hence rejection of your credit card application.

Debt service ratio is the ratio of your total debt repayment obligation over your net income. To improve the ratio, it's either you cut down your borrowings or increase your income but this cannot be changed in just overnight in most cases.
