Not mine, as I said it's currently my favourite only. Found the pic from Enkei website blush.gif

I'm using the 5-spokes 16" imported rims named Kspeed (comes together with the car) doh.gif can be re-bored if scratched without scaring it will be cracked. blush.gif

I prefer the old one. spray the whole black. leave the bolts chrome or silver, then skim the lips or the side near OD. Nice

If you want Enkei and Volk rims, can try Quicksave at USJ7.
I just ordered myself 18" Enkei GTC01 for my Lancer GT last weekend.
They don't have the correct PCD (114.3) for my car but they do have some Enkeis, OZs and Volks on display.
Not sure about the PCD.

For the 2 rims that look like your above pictures, you can check their website for rims under Schneider.
These rims are Made In China for Japanese market, by a Japanese company.
But the rims only come in gunmetal colour.
They did install the 2 rims on my ride but the colour is not to my liking.

good luck on ur search. later dun complain kena chop kaw kaw lol...

agreed. rims at klang cost so much less than other area, it will definitely offset the cost of petrol & toll to get there. I was quoted rm900~rm1.1k for a set of rims i like in bangi/kajang area. End up buying it in Klang for rm580 only.

cause it looks nice when the vehicle is in motion. you see the contrast of the silver ring. Normally its on stationary you can appreciate the design of the rims.

Thanks dude. Will check it out later.

I'm not really convinced with taiwanese rims in terms of durability. Probably using 15" with not so thin profile eg: 50~55 series is less risky of getting dent with taiwan made.

sparco spec: 15 X 7J

lenso spec : 17 X ?? ( forgot the spec )

FC different no much, the power was different much.
my racing sparco 15" 10.5 KG with this lenso 17" is 7KG.

compare this 2, racing sparco 15" 1 full tank can go (430km) city use, ( 500km ) highway use.

lenso 17" 1 full tank ( 380km ) city use ( 520km ) highway use.

the 15" more save petrol at city.

the 17" more save petrol at highway.

17" lenso need take care more, if not bengko easy la.

i use 6 month 3 biji bengko la. sweat.gif sweat.gif

My dad's car is using 15" inches Lenso, only 5.9kg. 17" inches RIM i guess will suffer a bit as the tyres need to use is thinner than 15" inches.

Huh? cross the bridge you will be in Klang South (Little India, Klang Municipal) . From Federal Highway (no crossing the Klang River) look for signboards going to Kapar, Kuala Selangor. Jalan Kapar is just leading out of town to Kapar/Kuala Selangor(just ou skirt of town) 2-5 (?) km from end of Federal Highway.
Hope not confusing.

Try this addy: http://www.disini.net/info/gis/main/detail...ro=141&iType=43

(sorry dont know how to upload pics) from the map in this link , from Federal Highway, follow no. 1,4, 10 and 11, that's Kapar Road, (to old people this was the redlight area in years of yore LOL!) Hope this helps.

Well, actually if you are coming using Federal Highway, using the Bukit Raja route is easier to reach Kapar, that if you are familiar with the roads.

i'd just read the map... i guess its right... from 1... goto roundabout, turn 3 o'clock direction... jusco is on your left..
then go straight.. before 4 there is a toll RM0.60 go straight till 10(dont turn to 4) then the junction there got traffic light.
turn left from there and u are in Jln Kapar, go straight and find the Caltex station... smile.gif

The design of the spoke which facing outward kinda prone to kiss the road curb if not careful.

As what can conclude from the result compiled above, bigger diameter rims show better fc on high speed driving while smaller diameter rims shown greater acceleration? Correct me if i'm wrong.

Also how the rims diameter affect the fc? Torque required to accelerate? Is bigger diameter rims required less torque to spin or the other way round?

yes.. definitely because of the weight factor and the wider tyre used that causes resistance.

FC actually improved for me when I changed out the heavy stock BMW OEM 17's to the forged 18's which was ~3kg lighter per wheel. Also better braking performance.

Go for lighter but strong rims if you can. Benefits are more than just looks but performance and FC as well.

nah,if by changing tyres and rims can improve 20% for fuel then every car manufacturer will change it already and claim that their car can save 20 percent more fuel.

maybe improve by just 2-5 percent.

putting larger rims and tires how can improve fuel economy? LOL..

tires will usually be wider like from 185/195 to 215/225/235 etc, and +2 +3 inch (like 17" and 18") rims/tires combo will always be heavier than those stock 14-15in rims..

roughly 1+km/litre more thirsty (from my own three cars usage with 18" rims) say if usually 11.5km/l consumption, it'll go down to 10.5km/l when changing bigger rims..

I saw 17" Lenso sc-01 today.
Love it very much

Unfortunately, if my wira 1.5 install it, sure like turtle. cry.gif

the spoke of 17" look more long and more nice compare to 15" rim
*
Overall diameter bigger mah
If the rims are light weight, and has the same weight as 15" rims, the difference is negligible

yea, the bigger the rim the heavier it is. anyway, how heavy should a 17" to be considered as ok? possible 4kg or perhaps 6kg?

i see... thx for the info too. wanted to buy a set but still got much to learn. hopefully wont be a sucker for pretty heavy rims. maybe considering 16", more balance. cos bigger rims kinda give uncomfortable bumpy ride.

and yes cwd8769, if the weights are same, then wont hav much diff other than the 'little' drag if not mistaken.

Thanks a lot for your photo notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

That lenso sc-01 is 17" or 15"?
I saw two type one have chinese word "待" but i more prefer another type with Lenso word.

My wira is gray color, every tyre shop also said that this dark color not match my car better choose silver color.
But i still like this dark color.

Mind to share with me what model, weight and how many you bought for this k-speed rim?

both 15.

that kspeed model and weight is unknown, but definitely lighter (maybe a few kg lighter) then the Lenso.

RM1000 - RM300 trade in my old set

hi, I'm a new owner of a perodua viva 1.0 EZ. my car comes with 13" wheel while the full spec viva comes with a 14" sport rim. Er..i'm thinking of changing my one to 14" or 15" in the future but i need to know what are the pros and cons of using sport rim.

Which size should i choose?

Should i choose the lightweight rim or heavy/normal weight? i know heavy one will make my car become more fuel consumable but will the lightweight one makes my car become dangerous?

i like Oz Ultraleggera and the Enkei FS-01 design type. Is it very expensive (together with tyres) and does it have 14"?

Is there any other things that i should know sport rims?

use what ever brand u like ...
if the safety that ur concern , then invest on high quality tire ..
bcos car runs on tire , if got OZ or ENKEI rim but on secondhand RM50 tire .. once tire boom ! explode ! thats it .. end story

brand rim - alone cost ya at least RM2K above .. plus tire RM3K+
14" ? nvr see it before

viva max wif no mod to yr mudguard then u can insert 16"
but 15 is the best i think
16 maybe u need real thin tyres -.-

blm ar? i ever see ppl wif 17 VIP style around
but kinda weird for me
coz the original space for wheels not really big lo
if u get what i mean

taiwan rims do go for light rims as it help in performance n FC

change from persona stock 15' > 16'
Bcoz i saw the stock 15' is 60% profile, I can keep the same size if using 16' @ 50/55 profile.
But the problem is will it affect FC and performance?

Hi Seng_Kiat,

May I know what's the offset of your 16" SC-01 ? Perhaps you might chosen the wrong offset rims?

I was previously on SC-01 as well, with 17" and offset +42. I love it alot. However, I changed it, as washing the rims was a real issue to me.. to many spokes tongue.gif

My knight is on this rim now

It was labelled as drifter rims. However, I'm not really sure as I'm no expert on this. The offset of the front rims are +40 and rear rims are at +35. Due to my car cannot fit rims with offset +35, the tyre shop's boss willing to let go all 4 +40 rims to me as he has 2 set of those in his shop.

Running 205/40/17 smile.gif

got a question, if the standard rim (OEM) rim's offset is +40, how much low and how much high offset I can choose for? The car is Kelisa.

ConquerorX, the rim is labelled as drifter rims because the rim has lips or the spokes are fixed to the lips more to inside of the rim well. Also, if the rims has low positive offset (or negative offset) is also considered as drifters rims well, isn't exactly drifter rims, more of like RWD cars rims.

for example,

hassle to carry...not really la....just put in the back seat or in the boot or watever la....

as for pricing...yeah usually will be cheaper... but if u REALLY want specific tires with specific rims... do u really have a choice?

in my case... i drove for 5 hours 1 way alone just to get the rims i wanted....

then another day went to dunno how many shops looking for tires.... in the end i got wat i wanted and it was totally worth it.

yup..deep dish..that is wat i usually call it..dunno got other name for this "deep dish" or not..

those sport rim ppl say usually deep dish very very easy to get bengkok if u run into a hole compare to those normal sport rim..kind of won't last long if u are always running on a bumpy road..

every sport rims are easy to get bengkok one if you run thru pot holes or bump.. my previous ride, I've changed the rims 2 times in 4 years... 1 cost me RM800 (after trade with the original rims), 2 cost me about RM1,200 (after trade in the tires and the "bengkok" rims)...

just looking some opinions. feel free to advice me. this is my first time buying a car. i ordered new honda city (e spec), black color. the 1st thing when i receive the car is, to change the tyre and rim. coz i travel from selangor to pahang a lot. currently using honda city 4th generation, 15" rim, 195/55/R15. it is my dad's car. i read this thread, most of u guys talking about lenso brand. my budget is around RM2500. so, what are possible choices i have? i saw rim with bronze color does match with black car, but at the same time, i like white rim on black car.

with ur budget, yes i would suggest u go for lenso brand including tyres...white color rim with black car really match but u'll find that its hard to manage..easy to get dirty..then the best color for black car is bronze rim..

Okay,
I want to ask this question.

Currently my ride is a Nissan Sunny and it's fitted with 175/70 R13.

Now I was thinking to go for the common 165s 60/R13 which has a lower aspect ratio series,
or the uncommon 165/70 R13 from Sime Tyre.

I found one tyre: 175/60/R13 but it's also uncommon.!

So my question is
a) does it actually improve cornering (and ) despite both the lower aspect ratio and lower profile tyres?
b) Does it give a lower the car's height slightly, cause I see that the 2 tyres I mentioned, shows a lower Sidewall Height

I used the Tyre Calculator for the 165/60 R13 and the Diameter differences is a Positive 8.18% and a result of "Speedometer Difference: -8.13% too slow"

I know sounds rather silly to go down, buts kinda hard to find performance tyres on a 13" and I'm not ready yet to fork out for 14" alloy rims. Maybe in future I will go for wider 13" rims (Old School rims/Drifting rims)

a) the lower the profile the better for cornering due to lesser tire wall flex.
b) theoretically yes, but visually i think the difference might be too little to notice.

any idea where i can get real sport rims n not accessory rims? i m from seremban n u can neva get it here. i dont want those taiwanese or malaysian made rims. probably a japanese or italian brand. my knowledge on rims is as close to zero, so i would like to know if there r any good american rims in malaysia n where can i get it? good meaning that it must be strong n not bend or dent easily, light as possible n looks great. looks r not that important to me tho. looking for 2 sets actually. one for my kancil n another for my accord. a 13'' or 14'' for kancil n a 16'' for the accord. any recommendations?

SSR type-c is a good looking lightweight and strong japanese rim. but alot of replica's so you won't really feel exclusive.

i'm using wedsport tc-105N which is a japanese rim and it weights 5kg+ per rim for 16x7J.

anyways if yo want more information feel free to checkout www.wheelweights.net

The Advan RZ rim design looks pretty common and has been used for other brands before.....if im not mistaken one of the Mugens or Work or Volks rim had that kinda spoke design....

i still think the best looking rim to come out from Advan (although quite heavy) are the gold Advan RGs and i mean the first RG ...not RG-II me not really a fan of RG-II

bro i am looking for a rim something like this....but i know ori mugen is darn expensive...however i found a replica...it seems SSW (stamford wheels) has made a rim look similar to it model name SSW Menace 008.

can any bro helo to get me the price of the SSW in 16inch because the shop here in malacca is quoting me 1.6 just for a 16inch which i think is too expensive. if any of you been to a SSW showroom or tyre shop please help me to ask and pm me the price. thanks !!!

spare tire dont need sport rims
as long the spare tire size identical to other 4 main ones, you should be ok.
unless u're thinking to use the spare as daily wheel

just use your existing spare with the provided rim....and match it with the right tire series. eg. use lower series for your spare tire on your old 16 inch rims . anyways, its just for emergency purposes when u hit a flat till u reach the nearest tire shop...

Most cars supply those space saver tires which are slightly smaller anyways. Dont think it will be much of a problem to you as its just your spare tire.

I don't think they will sell one extra, unless you can get it 2nd hand or something.

Anyway i've often seen cars like Gen2 will super small spare tires running so i guess you'll be alright with the original spare tire.

Hi guys, I want to change my stock rims to sport rims and need some advices from the experts here.

but if possible, I want to keep the tyres because they are new, the stock rim is 13", how much will it cost me to get a new sport rim which is sized 13"?

from what I read in this thread, there is a shop in Jln Kapar which is near to my house at Shah Alam, does anyone who had gone there before could tell me if they are selling any 2nd hand 13" rims because my budget kind of tight.

my car is an old Israwa Aeroback btw

Thank You.

Example,
if 17"?
*
17" usually weighting around 7 to 8 kilos.. and can be heavier..
but there are some 17" weighting 5 kilos only.. damn light.. smaller rim are usually lighter

Hey bro, seems like you're quite interested with rims eh. Yup, like what I said the other day.. lightweight ones are the way to go to preserve ur FC. Lenso rims are quite decent. If you trade in your stock rims + tires, and get the rims + tires.. you might get a good deal. Can always try to go to h20 in klang.. lotsa forumers go there for rims..

Glad that you liked it, bro smile.gif
But don't drive too fast yah. Don't scare the gf..hehe

H20's along Jalan Kapar, Klang. Quite a big and reputable establishment. My brother bought his rims there and I got my tyres there.
Quite reasonable.

Yea. They prolly look good, but are heavy. I'll try to avoid them at all cost.

WindDragon: Since the gab between the wheel arch of the Waja is quite big.. try considering a 16".
It does up the cool factor a bit. That's the only reason why I got them for my car. Few more days then my car will be sold. sweat.gif

Get all 4 wheels finish-balanced (on-wheel balancing).
Many shops in KL don't seem to have the on-wheel balancers, which is REALLY bad sad.gif Did it in my hometown (Malacca)

Make sure the shop you go into has an on-wheel balancer, or they would usually con you by jacking the front of your car, putting it into gear and running the wheels with their hand on the fender/lower-arm/etc.

A finish-balancer would look something like this...

used to have the same issue as yours.... look at the rims and no dents....

but when took out the rims and tires and put the on the balancing machine... they tested and saw that theres small dents which causes the vibrates....

balancing how many times oso still will vibrate...

suggest u check for urs as well....

but i think 16" is much better than 17" for FC.. coz the bigger the rim the bigger the hole made in ur pocket.. many says that using 17" is for cosmetic purpose.. but i dont agree.. hehehe..

Ya... this on wheel balancers hard to found at KL. Because they use "saving cost on wheel tactic" to check balancing.
They direct jack up your car (4 wheel). Then do the balancing with pressing fuel.
As below:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Speed can up to 100KMh+++ then use their hand to feel the balancing on steering(not on wheel). Tactic same as the On-wheel balancer.
I send to them and done the balancing before, result is very good. smile.gif
Price same like on-wheel balancing price sad.gif

if ur looking to find it in shops, klang will do, but heard puchong seems to gain the popularity nowadays.. there is also good shops at sunway.. why not just take a look, round2 abit.. sure u gonna find sumthing nice rim with good price..

its good to look in forum too.. but people tend to sell of their wheels much higher considering on how long they've use them.. once a used wheels the price will become 1/2.. but depend on izzit from japan or not.. japan wheels hard to get 1/2 price even used.. hehe.. my 2cent

As long as you don't decide to drive on your bare rims ( laugh.gif ), I don't think so smile.gif
Depends on how much damage you accumulate over time though. If you're fond of running through massive pot-holes, your rims will 'tell' you it's time to retire them laugh.gif

yup.. agreed.. also if ur using low profiled tyre and big holes.. and fond to go in pot-holes.. then the rims will hav a short life span.. but it'll tell u when the right time to change.. usually people change due to dents, crack that is beyond repair.. coz it will endanger ur life.. ehehehe

well..i've a fren told me that different material got different lifespan..like magnisum(dunno spelling) lifespan is always shorter then alloy rim..also in alloy rim..we got to see is forge rim or cast rim..so by all means..mostly all those rim at chopshop can say is already expired or almost expired..he also claim that if those ppl really know how to see rim..they can know when the rim is produce out..just like tire..

anyone comfirm this??

those alloy used to make rims take hundreds of years to degrade la. if got no physical damage to it (dents and cracks), the rims can use for years and still perform like new.

umm..i can't really remember is forge or cast rims..the different is the process of them make the rim..some are compress by those machine when the alloy is still soft..and if the machine doesn't really apply much pressure on the compressor..then that rim will become not that strong..cause the molekul(dunno spelling) of air is still much more inside..not enought solid..

not really true..cause if ppl that really knows how to see a rim..they will rather get those newer make model..to degrade an alloy rim is damn long..but do drgrade the performace of that alloy rim maybe takes a few days..depend how the driver drive the car..

i always hear my colleagues/forum/friends... mentioned that klang
have a lot of rim shops but where exactly? do they have really big shops
with rims on display? or it's just another tyre shop?
i'm really confuse and lost. all i can confirm is that rawang town do
have tyre shops with a display!
can i know which road in klang the mentioned shops are?

thanks,

from seremban? then i invite u to our LYN Seremban gang..

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/836923

if u really want in seremban, i will recommend u 2 shops. 1 is in senawang. the biggest tyre shop in seremban. u know where? the dunlop tyre shop. the other one is in rahang. i think its michelin. if i am not mistaken, its on the right hand side of the road going into town, not Jalan Zaaba. the other one. i recommend u these shops cuz they have a lot of choice. others all very few. or i know another shop where i know the owner cuz i do my alignment thr all the time. pm me if u want la. maybe can try talk to the owner n get u a good price. but this shop is in lukut.

ppl say price is cheap in klang but for me its the same cuz when u go to the papan shop, they will quote the rims for a cheap price, then u must add this n that. in seremban n other places i checked, they quote u one price for everything u need from rims, tyres, wheel nut n all that la. but this is juz based on my experience.

Yup agree.. kedai papan nowadays having bad reputation.. the tell u good price of the rims.. but when u hav decided to fix to ur car then while doing their job.. they tell u need these.. need that.. bolt oso need change.. these so called hidden charges is their point to bigger the hole in ur pocket.. in klang there is a shop like this also.. its kazuto garage..

here all u need to know about ur wheels/rims:

Name Of Wheel Parts
user posted image
Wheel Size
user posted image
Offset
user posted image
The offset indicates the distance from the center of the rim to the attaching disk part (unit:m/m). As seen in the attached drawing, the offset is indicated by "+" when the fitting surface extends beyond the central line of the rim and "-" when it is falls within. Caution is required to prevent the tire from coming into contact with the fender of the vehicle or the brake caliper if the offsets are very different.

PCD
user posted image
The number of bolts used to install a wheel varies from 4 to 6 depending on the vehicle model (except for some vehicle type), thus the wheel to be installed should also possess the same number of hub bolt holes. P.C.D. stands for pitch circle diameter, and indicates the diameter of the circle in mm connecting the center of each hub bolt. Since the P.C.D. also varies according to the vehicle model, make sure a suitable one is selected.

Clearance
user posted image
Fender clearance indicates the marginal space between the tire and the fender or body of the vehicle. Inner clearance indicates the distance between the tire and wheel and the body part which is positioned closest to the tire and wheel. Dimensions for both right and left clearance should be measured on a level surface, and the smaller value is then considered as the inner clearance.

Tyre Size
user posted image
1-Tire width (mm or inch)
2-Aspect ratio
3-Radial construction
4-Rim diameter
5-Load index
6-Speed symbol
7-Tire outer diameter (inch)
8-Ply rating

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Safety Standard
user posted image

Japan Light Alloy Wheel (JWL) Standard for Passenger Cars. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport requires that aluminum wheels for passenger cars (with 3, 5, and 7-number plates) sold in Japan bear the JWL mark. The JWL mark can be displayed on wheels that have passed the standard through a self-certification system.

user posted image

Similarly, the ministry requires aluminum wheels for trucks and buses (with 1 and 4-number plates) to bear the JWL-T mark. Even if a vehicle is classified as a passenger car (with 3, 5, or 7-number plates), if it comes with LT tires as standard equipment due to its GVW (gross vehicle weight), it must use aluminum wheels bearing the JWL-T mark.

user posted image

A third-party entity called the Vehicle Inspection Association verifies whether a product meets the requirements prescribed by the JWL or JWL-T standard. This association permits a product to bear a VIA mark if it passes rigorous quality and strength verification tests conducted in accordance with the JWL or JWL-T standard.

by using 17".. ur car will gain extra height due to the stock spring setting that design for comfort and good handling with stock wheels.. if ur planning to change 17" without lowering ur car.. u might have abit handling problem.. unless ur not the kind like to drive fast in corners.. anout tyre.. what car are u using? coz usually choosing the rite series of tyre to fit arch gap between ur rims and ur car body.. 17" usually 45 series for comfort and safty of ur rims.. but 40 series also can.. but u have to be careful onda road coz pot holes sure gonna make ur rims suffer from dents and worst cracks..

i'm not sure.. maybe hav and maybe not.. coz those safety standard sometimes even wheel makers from other country also sent to japan to verify and inspect so that they also get certification of VIA and JWL.. but i'm guessing famous wheel brands from euro like OZ maybe hav their own standards also..

well..always i'm thinking how is the QC is our local and taiwan made rim..my fren ask me to test the rim hardness by those machine..they will like punch a small hole(size of a 1.0 ball pen)..and the machine will tell how hard is ur rim..but if rim with super hardness also dosen't mean it has the QC checking pass..and tat kind of testing is around rm300++ per test..

huhuhu.. good stuff.. but usually the hardness of a rims is equal to its weight.. the harder and tougher the rims the heavier they get.. thats when VIA tells u how many weight/rim it can carry.. so i think local made are rims are heavy due to its hardness to withstand our roads (lots of potholes & uneven surface).. but people said local BHL have few of light weight rims..

rim weight has NOTHING to do with rim strength watsoever. its the metal used and the forging/casting process that gives it its weight and strength.

but sometimes when a rim is too hard..they can't absorb any impact if there is any..and with this kind of hardness..usually a rim will crack..not bengkok..which usually u can see most of those cheap rim crack easy and those expensive rim bengkok easy but don't really crack..

offset means the clearance of the tyre and the fender, too much positive offset then the rim and tyre will be like shrink to the inner part, like more nearer to the engine, negative offset means the rim and tyre will be further away from the engine, which means more nearer to the fender, that's ur rims will hit the fender while turning.

yeah.. i know JRD.. i've experience Jap rims, even Italian or German.. yes there ar many method on making a rim.. either forged, semi-forged, casting, those type using 2 piece, 3 piece, even 4 piece.. yes my experience is not that wide.. still learning also can make mistake.. but its not wrong if i we're to say certain hardness have their own weight.. i should put 'correct me if i'm wrong' next time..
anyway thanx for correcting me.. hehe no hard feelings.. icon_rolleyes.gif

any honda sifu can tell me which car these rims came from? its supposedly from a jdm honda, since at the back its written honda motor co. ltd, and according to the shop they came from japan. oh, mind the proton centre cap, i put it there coz i'm using it on my satria.

I just changed to lighter rims for my car yesterday.

Here is some info I got:

Civic Fd 17" Enkei stock rims are 9kg each
Waja CPS and 20yr 15" rims are almost 9kg each

Lenso Samurai SC-01 15" is 7kg each
Volk Racing TE37 15" taiwan replica is around 6kg each
Grams Light 15" replica around 6kg each
SSR Type C replica 15" taiwan is 5kg each

Ori Volk Racing 15" TE37 or CE28 is 4kg each but they cost around 4.5k a set
Ori SSR Type C 15" is only 3.9kg each.

Paid RM800 for the SSR Type C replica and RM60 for the lock nuts. Heptagon nuts. Makes it a lil bit harder for them to open all 16 of them. Got them changed in Penang island. Comes with free metal valves, balancing and alignment.

15x6.5JJ ET40.

Hi, thinking of changing my stock Gen2 tyres to 195/55/R16. Can anyone advise what width/offset rims I should go for? What is considered light for 16 inch rims? Would prefer to stick to 4 nut type. What's the diiference between drifter rims compared to normal alloy rims?

I'm using Lenso Samurai lightweight and it's really a bit lighter. I think it's a better buy compared to normal branded Taiwan rims smile.gif

taiwan rims are bang for buck...

if ur in puchong....can head over to sunway... decent rims there....

try looking for Lenso brand if u can...theyre Thailand rims..not Taiwan but still very good and priced about the same as taiwan rims

as for jap rims... can go to subang... near summit area theres some shops selling second hand jap rims... might be able to find one that suits ur liking and ur budget.
