Dude, I really respect that you strip and take pic in your gym haha. Usually people do it in the toilet and by doing that it does 'attract' alot of eyes too haha

btw, the amount of rice u eat, ahem, is not that good la, white rice are like simple sugar, breaks easily and thus becomes fats..just my 2 cents.

13/6/08-19/6/08 WEEK 2 51.6-52.2kg extra 0.1kg
20/6/08-26/6/08 WEEK 3 51.1kg to 51.6kg FAIL goal (goal was 52.6kg)
27/6/08-2/7/08 WEEK 4 51.5-53.0kg Almost reach (goal was 53.1kg)

dude, if u want simple food but ultra good carbs, take wholegrain bread cheaper and makes u fuller better than rice
got some protein and good carbs and loads of vitamin for the day

wholemeal bread isnt that expensive afterall, get a loaf from giant/tesco, its cheaper than gardenia. Alternatively, go get some oats, you can get it for ~RM10 for 1 kg which can last me for quite some time. btw, dont take too much simple carbs/sugar as it will be converted into fats if not used. Bulk is not about putting on fats though:) just my 2 cents.

TODAY FOOD LOG
Woke up at 11.30 LOL
EAT 1 KAYA BUN+ 1 scp whey then cabut for tuition
3.30pm- Wan tan Mee+fried chicken
6.30pm- 1 burger+egg
7pm- ice cream in old town kopitiam
10.30pm- chiken chop
1.10am- 1 scp whey

Wanted to go gym today, but my sis ask me go K-box, so what the heck! tongue.gif ( my sis fooled me that got many pretty girl brows.gif , but go there only 2 Not-so-pretty girl vmad.gif )
i wasted rm13+ for nothing cry.gif (Stupid old town kopitiam koffee ice cream taste so bad and cost me rm3.80=.= im stingy)

Anyway, i was in kopitiam waiting for toilet and i saw this mirror, and this groovy light.

what did i do?
i did what a person in the right mind would do, Pulled up my shirt and snap my pic with my camera phone~ whistling.gif

@raindrops: Try other poses with other parts of your body la. Like bata said, legs maybe. Back also can.

i get worried over slightest things
Like before i sleep i check the alarm clock for 3-5times, then lie down on bed, then get up and check the alarm again
I pack my bags many times
And i always recheck my stuff

i think i got OCD but not that serious ka biggrin.gif

its the like that made the abs so cantik, original one veri fugly

still working hard for the chest to grow, so far stil no progress! but must not give up! must bulk up and when the body grow, the chest grow inproportion to the body(I hope XD)
