WORST DAY OF FOOD LOG OF MY LIFE!

morning 1 whey
breakfast rice+egg+pieces of black pepper chicken
lunch skipped=.= drank a 1 scop of whey
then went to water park
In water park ate 1 burger+fries+coke
Dinner missed SLEPT
woke up, watch Tv, then eat 2 piece of breed and 1 scoop whey

Cardio
3hours of water park exercising, it was hard and daunting with all those water sliding and water spalshing,talk about a hard workout

weight dropped to 51.9

at ur age... and my age.. really hard to gain weight/mass cuz of high metabolism.. once i got my wisdom tooth taken out.. cant eat solid food for 2 days... weight drop to 52kg.... now 57.5kg... arggg when we get older 20+ easier to gain weight =)

haha, at least at my age due to high metabolism we gain little fats and everytime we gain are usually muscle mass.

if after 20++ gain weight easy, but gain all is fats LULZ laugh.gif

I FAILED MY WEEK 3 goal!!
on the last day of week 3 i shyted in the toilet like water that could explain the amount of weight i lose
OH well, week 3 i was having so much exam stress that i dint bother to eat much and didnt exercise.
hypothesis= no exercise=no muscle gain= high metabolism prevent fats

TODAYS FOOD LOG
Morning 1 scoop whey
breakfast 2 fillet o-fish (Rushing for band practise)
Lunch at 3( after piano classes) 2plate chicken rice
gym at 6.30( was palying my violin with chamber group == busy day)
preworkout=1scoop whey
postw =1 scp whey
dinner=Kopitiam nasi lemak with chciken + ferry roti with burger paties+ 3 eggs

TODAY EXERCISE LOG
SHOulder pull down(5plates)
10+10+10+6

CHest (2 plates )
12

Leg push(5 plates)
20

YES I KNOW THIS IS THE WORST WORKOYUT I EVER DONE!
yesterday i played basketball in school, and when my 110kg friend jump and throw the ball into the hoop, he landed on my right hand tricep, and instantly my hand drop and i was no control of it,and i was in pain doh.gif(but keep quiet cause want to be cool whistling.gif )
but kesi walk away from the basketball court and say tukar baju( unsure.gif what?~! i dont want feel paiseh ma!)
cant even lift 3 plates of chest press for 2 times doh.gif
So demotivated and went home vmad.gif

Current weight:52.3kg

U know, my post is nv enough without pics whistling.gif ( eventhou they are the same, everybodi likes looking at pics thumbup.gif )

as u can see, i gain fat and my abs getting less and less vinsible. the lowest 2 are slowly fading away sweat.gif WHO cares, as long as i reach my targeted weightQ!!! thumbup.gif

actually weight is not that important.
you maybe weight at only 50kilos, but look as heavy as 60kg wink.gif

hurm....how to say......people didn't know your weights by looking at you right,
they only can guess.

look at this two examples below

to the outsiders this guy look as heavy as 70kg,
but in fact he's only 55kg tongue.gif

Morning:1 scoop whey
breakfast: rice+Chicken+Egg
lunch:Rice+Chicken( DIdnt eat much lulz)

TOday's thoughts: FUll pull up was failing like Sh*t
During chest press,my left chest more pain n stress, while my right chest not that pain( =.= wierd instable ratio of muscle)
Been long time i train my abs=.= today also nv train abs much also=.=
Chest press NOT IMPROVING!

SInce the 1week+ break my progresss have decrease alot!

so many scoops whey.... for me 1 day maybe 2 scoops only... i read in men's health magazine... half a scoop each time u drink is enough already, anymore than that is a waste lol... but anyways.. its ur choice... btw why do u cover ur face?? dont be ashamed of what God has given you... i dont see other bbers covering their face =) be confident

My metabolism high, so i gotta take extra scoops of whey, cause my body burn protein/fat so fast, before it even consume it cry.gif why i cant makan sikit gemuk, must always stuff until i want vomit=.=
nothiin to do with confidents, i will post my face, but there is a reason i don want to post brows.gif

I order this nasi kandar, and the guy give me 1 rice.
So i say tambah nasi, he look at me, and give me like a quater.
So i say, :"TAmbah lagi"
Then he add half
then i say TAMBAH lagi!"
then he add 1 bowl
then i say :"TAMBAH LAGI!"
then he add another bowl of rice

I love to look at their LOL'd Face when they see a skinny dude eat so much food

KFC without the skin should be ok though(better la) tongue.gif biggrin.gif
I weigh with cloths and pants, I dont think they are more than 1kg though.

the best part of kfc is the skin. everyone knows that! tongue.gif tongue.gif

raindrops, i used to have a similar body to yours, maybe even skinnier. been hitting the gym for 4 months now and have seen vast improvements in size. one thing i realised is the use of free weights (e.g. barbell / dumbell benchpresses) are the best way to go. i used to "bantai" the weights without proper form til recently my friend showed me the way to go. start really light, but instead pushing the normal way, double the pushup time (meaning go slower). hold for a sec or 2 before slowly returning.

the contractions really help spur muscle growth, especially if your just starting off the results will show in a short span of time, provided u push yourself. in short, free weights, start off light, push really slow - feel the muscle contraction - pushing to failure helps as well.

i'm no expert, but i've experienced some nice changes to my physique training this way.

oh and yea, my weight has remained the same (56kg) though ppl think im at least 60kg now. flex.gif
