YES I KNOW THIS IS THE WORST WORKOYUT I EVER DONE!
yesterday i played basketball in school, and when my 110kg friend jump and throw the ball into the hoop, he landed on my right hand tricep, and instantly my hand drop and i was no control of it,and i was in pain

(but keep quiet cause want to be cool

)
but kesi walk away from the basketball court and say tukar baju(

what?~! i dont want feel paiseh ma!)
cant even lift 3 plates of chest press for 2 times
So demotivated and went home

as u can see, i gain fat and my abs getting less and less vinsible. the lowest 2 are slowly fading away

WHO cares, as long as i reach my targeted weightQ!!!
