Kmaru! Awesome job! You look set to clinch the title. Be careful of a few guys from Johor, I heard they're coming in pretty tight but if you've got a good posing routine you should be fine.

Man..I just watched your old 475lbs deadlifting video. amazing..its something I have not really done yet(DEADLIFTS WORKOUT). will try it out on back days

Probably not as impressive as those lifts but managed a squat of 107.5kg x 5sets x 8reps.

wow, very heavy weight. It appears after so long didn't do the squat, when start again, the poundage drops. Even I do Leg curl and leg extension. It's a bit frustating. Have to train more on squat
