coz havent start any cardio or diet.

Gotta bulk properly the next time around. It should be in 2 months cause I'm preparing for my finals now.

How tall are you? 14.5 is pretty big already, well, for asian standard XD. So big difference in both arms?

congrats to uhuk-uhuk for weight loss. I think you are skinny now. It's time to bulk and put on some muscle mass.

John is very rip and muscular. I think you need more lats and traps. Then you will look huge.

iamyuanwu: thanks bro. i ran a lot on the threadmill for the first 3 weeks and then I didn't do any cardio from then on; only jaga makan and workout haha

john: i'm 183 cm. yeah both my arms are of different sizes cause i used to play a lot of tennis.

jamis: thanks. i've never been really thin nor fat. somewhere in the middle la haha.

kurtkob: yeah a lil' skinny now but there are still traces of fat which have to be gotten rid of before bulking. and i agree that john is putting on a lot of mass too. bigger than the previous time he posted his pics. nice job.

Noted. Haven't been putting on weight, lost weight in fact. From 78kg to around 74kg now. But I noticed I'm getting a bit bigger and more toned. Lats are coming real soon. Been neglecting them and legs for a long while now. I need someone to hold the camera for me while I strike a lat pose though so its really tough... doh.gif

Puke day tomorrow (legs). Gah.

Yea, that is how exactly my overall look like now, the before pic of uhuk uhuk. Now weighing at 85kg. Before that at 103kg, I look far worse than this.

Now I just want to be lean, oh please....

wow..this week is awesome... i managed a 100kg deadlift.. for 2 reps!!

hmmm... i think u should be able to do 150kg or more.
coz i just started deadlifting less than a month.
probably did 4-5 sessions only.
now i am at 144kg (bad day- freaking tired already)
probably gonna hit 150kg by end of the month.
i think u should be able to do more coz u already a year or so training rite? =.=

Yup. Was imitating Dan's pose lol. It only looks big when I pose that way i found out XD. Other angles kinda suck.
