Love incline DB presses, but I'm doing them with lots of caution now since I injured the ligament in my elbow, so my ROM is slightly cut down and it's light weights for me for now.

Alright, shoulders and chest.

Been training seriously for about 4-5 months so far. If I created a journal, it'd just collect dust. Wouldn't have enough time to update it.
