M'sia snatch record....is my coach's. tongue.gif M'sia snatch record for 69KG is 139KG or something like that IINM. I think Ericco holds it. But my coach intends to beat that in 1 week's time. Then he'll probably try to work up to about 145-150KG snatches. He's snatching my front squat max.....the hell....

The best part was, he was just messing around with that weight, on a pretty bad day.

Ur lats are much better than most ppl. You're right about the chest, though. Incline db press FTW.

really nice rclxms.gif ...as to comments, need more on chest and shoulder...imo, your lats development is fine if to compare with your biceps, triceps and lats bro...how long you've been training bro ?? create journal ler....

Love incline DB presses, but I'm doing them with lots of caution now since I injured the ligament in my elbow, so my ROM is slightly cut down and it's light weights for me for now.

Been training seriously for about 4-5 months so far. If I created a journal, it'd just collect dust. Wouldn't have enough time to update it. sweat.gif

u have a good body to start of with.
ur chest i think need more mass then it will look nicer.
probably do bulking up 1st then go with cutting after 2 months of bulking?
not sure but u can ask those more experienced one.
i am a fat guy so mass is not my problem, but cutting and dieting, which is... HARD. =.= hahahha

dude...for a 16 year old... great work!
my lats ar lacking due to lack of equpment... most of my work is done in my room with a bench and 70kgs of weights...

aih....

focussing on my chest and legs now...

weird...my leg become squarish.......
