Muscle can only store about 300-400g glycogen. While the liver can store about 50-60g of glycogen. So if you eat carb more than 460 a day, it will turn to fat. And weight lifting will reduce glycogen stores to 10% if you lift really hard

Most of these are pictures of Dmitry Klokov, one of my favorite lifters. His face, when training and competing doesn't make sense. So intense and rawr!! I can guarantee such guys have 100% confidence in themselves, anywhere and anytime. They give this sorta aura. I WANT THAT!
