carbs is evil only if u consume 500g a day lol. tats how i screw up last time.

I just feel I should clear this up. There were a few reports against your posts d. So when I became a mod, I saw these reports. Then nicely you posted another one, so I thought, I'd better remind you about spamming just in case you didn't notice.

And of course, there are various categories. I think Sazali competes in 70KG category. IINM, our resident future IFBB man, Kmaru competes in 70KG as well. I wonder if regeditor competes....any input abt this?

And how does someone eat 500GMS of carbs in a day? Don't you go around yawning and walking like Michelin man?

Sazali was bantam for a while which is 65kg. He now compete at 70kg, coz is so hard now for him to cut down until 65kg, as i read his offseason can reach 80kg

bulking been great (gained about 6-7kgs of lean mass in 5 months) and plan to cut in april...

hehe, sumwhere close there, about 60 - 70g each meal and i eat 6-7 meals, tats when i was a noob in bodybuilding stuff... my tummy was getting bigger and bigger each day, tat was horrible.

My meal replacement shake last time = 3scoop of oat + soy protein (those organic power consist tons of carbs too, and i m not aware of the evil of it thou.) -by the way the mixture is awful. ><

Muscle can only store about 300-400g glycogen. While the liver can store about 50-60g of glycogen. So if you eat carb more than 460 a day, it will turn to fat. And weight lifting will reduce glycogen stores to 10% if you lift really hard

Most of these are pictures of Dmitry Klokov, one of my favorite lifters. His face, when training and competing doesn't make sense. So intense and rawr!! I can guarantee such guys have 100% confidence in themselves, anywhere and anytime. They give this sorta aura.
