Hey guys. I've a question.

Would you guys prefer if I put this thread as a "Post only if you have related pics and not comment if you just want to say "Good Job!" kinda thread?

So instead of having to scroll through 10 pages of crap, to find one picture, we have a dedicated picture thread?

Then we'll just link it to a thread where you can comment, though that's troublesome, so in the end, maybe nobody will comment at all which is pretty much good.

Most of these are pictures of Dmitry Klokov, one of my favorite lifters. His face, when training and competing doesn't make sense. So intense and rawr!! I can guarantee such guys have 100% confidence in themselves, anywhere and anytime. They give this sorta aura.

I am having this problem also.

I do a lot of hill hiking and running. Trained rigorously causing my thighs to develop. In the end, I could no longer fit into my jeans.

Skinny jeans is out for me.

Emino, always liked the shape of ur chest ! U sure have improved, can c from ur confident poses. What contributed to your weight gain ? Share la..

Btw hope those posting can include their height & weight (now + previous) oso. Can know more also besides just looking..

Height - 173 cm. Weight 58 kg. Previously was around 56/55.

I feel like I'm withering down to a skinny twig. sad.gif

Been coughing for like 8 days now. Don't wanna get under the squat bar just yet cos coughing is involuntary. Would be hell if I coughed when I'm down in the hole with 120kg on me.

shoulders showing some improvement...chest still going slow...abs feel stronger... doing more back work( really scared of spinal injury later...so i wanna build a very stong back base..)...

thats big improvement there. can see your flat chest becoming more bulky.. and very lean

Gained 8kg after 4 months of bulking (refer my 1st workout post) . Some of the gain is from fat.. good progress on the arms and back. My waist size went from 30" to 31". Contemplating on cutting now. My chest still all flat.. should i start cutting?
