guys...any of u got experience in the cutting phase...im getting a rather scary tummy... my arms and and shoulders are having improvement..... even thighs also can see some improvement....
i need to lose that damn tummy...whn i do my ab wrkout i can feel the last ab pair...just the fat is covering....aih...my body is prone to put on fat on tummy first...also i have another layer covering my back which is too thick for my liking.... from the looks of it....if i go through my cutting phase...i might stand to lose 2-3 kgs?... any comments..... plz visit my training log to view the sad tummy..  |
