What I mean is "DIRECT" flight.
Not indirect flight from KL -> bangkok -> xiamen.
They promised a direct flight 2 years back, and now it is gone ?

Is either u take MAS or Xiamen airline from KL. I think one week 3x
Added on January 15, 2009, 2:30 pmWanna share the recent experience that I had while coming back from Hangzhou with Air Asia flight. Is abt the exchange rate from CNY to RM.
Bought a cup of HOT MILO @ RM4.00 = CNY8.00 after the conversion base on 0.5 as per the AA steward. Wanted to used all my CNY therefore I gave CNY20 n I shud be getting back my change of CNY12 or RM6.00. However the stewardess insist that my change is only RM4.00 reason being she made it to round figure for CNY8.00 to CNY CNY10 cos they are afraid that they dun have small lose change . And I told her I would agree to bring it to round figure should the item cost CNY9.70 or even CNY9.50 but to bring it to round figure from CNY8.00 - CNY10.00, there was a CNY2.00 differences. And if it is a round figure of CNY10 then I shud have my return of CNY10 or RM5.00 (base on 0.5 exchange rate) but I have to argued with her that she was wrong. Later she used a calculator to show me the exchange rate n I was right that I should be getting my RM6.00 n not RM4.00. She sort of didn't believe what she has calculated. In fact before I make my argument, I actually double check with another stewardess to get my figure right.
She even told me she was taught to bring it to round figure. Finally that stewardess gave in as she could not prove to me how she gets RM4.00 and gave me back my short change of RM2.00 unhappily without apology.
So AA passengers, know your calculation when there's an exchange rate involved. Wonder how much of little revenue has she made for AA or short change she has given to passengers. And she needs to learn how to admit a mistake and apologise before serving passenger on board.
