Did you not read my comment stating that there are no earlier flight on that day!
and that the earliest will be 2 days from then on?
Are you just blind or playing a fool?
(Or both maybe)
3 hours is seriously OK for transiting a flight
WITHIN the ASEAN region!
So don't start bombarding my thread calling people idiot!
You want to share your opinion on this, that's fine,
but no need for foul language!
Sure, 3 hours is considered VERY VERY serious. Even one hour is also serious. I always use MAS for travelling. With MAS, I never face any delays more than 10 minutes.thx XD

There is one time MAS delayed my flight for about 5 to 6 minutes. Nothing wrong with MAS, it is the fault of some selfish passengers. The delay is caused by the selfish passengers who were checked in but did not board the aircraft when called. The pilot apologized for the delay. Although the pilot didn't explain the reason for delay, but I saw those passengers board the aircraft very late and caused the delay. They board the plane about 5 minutes later than the scheduled depart time. 5 - 6 minutes is not a problem but why we have to wait for those passengers? I really hope that MAS and other airline company will 'punish' those passenger by depart on-time, let those passengers miss the flight and feel regret for what they do, and make them take lesson. I really hate those passengers.
I'm the person who always board the aircraft early. I still remember that last time when I was in Hong Kong International Airport. MAS flight for Hong Kong - Kota Kinabalu / Kuching scheduled to depart on 3.30pm. But, around 2.30 pm, I already waiting in the boarding room. At around 3.0x pm, I already sit inside the aircraft.
As the passengers, we should do our responsibility, check in early and board the aircraft early. MAS and AirAsia close the check-in counter several minutes before departure. If there are passengers late going to the airport, it is their fault. If there are passengers haven't board the aircraft at the time of departure, it is their fault also. If I'm the pilot, I will just say GOOD BYE to them, depart the plane on-time and won't wait for them.
Sometimes, there may be some reason for a person choosing a flight which scheduled for departure at specified time. For example, just example only, a man who is working in KL, received an emergency call from his family member telling him about his mother in Kuching was very sick and may die at any time. Then, he want to book air ticket for immediate flight to Kuching. Let say there is only one MAS flight which have available seats, and some AirAsia flights which have available seats, and an AirAsia flight is one hour earlier than the MAS flight. In order to arrive at Kuching earlier, he have no choice but to choose AirAsia flight. Then, AirAsia combine the flight booked by that man with another flight which is scheduled for depart a few hours after the specified MAS flight. Means that man have to arrive at Kuching a few hours later than the original booked flight, and this caused him to lose the chance for seeing his mother for the final time. Will AirAsia responsible for this? The answer is NO!
