Please refer to the website, its quite handy. Tony said this morning on the radio, most of the people jam up the call centre and most of the things they need or enquire can be obtained on the website itelf.

Although I banned AirAsia for the rest of my life, some of my relatives still using AirAsia.
One of my relative will bring her laptop to travel. So, I try to use google to search for AirAsia's policy for laptop carrier. You guest what I see? I saw "Travel Itinerary", in page 2 of search result as showed in the following picture. ![]() When I click on it, I can see the itinerary and information about other passenger, as shown in the following picture. For privacy concern, I hide the address bar and the passenger's information. ![]() I would wonder why AirAsia does not secure the server, caused the information to be visible to the public? Luckily the information shown is not the information of my relative. This post has been edited by cshong: Dec 27 2008, 06:27 PM |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « dont worry. air asia server is safe. the flight itinerary that u found in your search is actually only a sample that is provided by air asia. u can actually look for the sample in their website too. so, ur privacy is not exposed. here is the link for that sample... under the credit card payment section... http://www.airasia.com/site/en/page.jsp?re...aking%20payment |

Who says they don't allow water on board?
If it's domestic flight, one can always bring a bottle of water on board. But if it's international than yes....water is not allowed on board. In regards to food, it's best not to bring "tapaued" food on board and eat. Especially those non-halal as it's disrespectful. However, one can always opt to bring light snacks or food, i.e. bread and biscuits. Anyway, usually the flight attendants wouldn't care also. |

Do you know that eating meat is disrespectful to vegetarians ? So why the double standards ? |

We're talking about international flights. In all airlines in the world, they have a provision for vegetarian meals. They have more respect for all groups of people.
